Went to see if a broken car key could be repaired or used to produce a replacement. I was in luck a new one was able to be cut from the old key and it worked! I was served by Alexis who was personable and explained the process. Within 20 minutes I had the new key. I would definitely recommend your company to others.

I came in with what I thought was a key fob issue, but turned out was a more in depth electrical issue. They hooked up the diagnostic tool again for me, let me look through and take pictures for a garage to fix and didn't charge me a penny. Super helpful, great service, will defiantly use them again.

Phenomenal from start to finish! Maria helped me over the phone and was so friendly and helpful, outstanding service! The technician arrived really promptly and was super professional and fast! For an emergency situation, these guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with and I can’t recommend them enough!

Best service I have had in years - if not ever! The huge effort Dave went to to get a key sorted for our old car, after I had lost both the original and the spare, was nothing short of astonishing. There were problems at every stage of the process and they spent HOURS trying to programme the new key into the car ( which was stuck in a garage with a flat battery and had to be charged and pushed outside before he could start the process). Price was ridiculously low for the effort involved and the service was above and beyond anything I have seen for a long time........

Went in to tell them that my garage door lock had been prised open. someone was there within 24 hours to check out the locks, and after having asked what sort of locks we wanted over the phone they replaced them on the spot.
