Worried that keys had been stolen I contacted Stelios at All City Locksmiths who gave a very reasonable price considering it was a Sunday for a top notch security lock change. He was with me within a couple of hours & did a grand job. Very nice guy & would definitely recommend this company

Great company! They replied promptly both on the phone and whatsapp. Even if wasn’t an emergency they came out on the same day which is also on a Saturday. Mase has been fantastic, he removed his shoes before coming in and he has been extremely professional and precise. He had to change a lock that wasn’t working and he promptly replaced it with a high quality one. He also filled and retouch any little snagged to the door. He provided two keys a with the locks and told me that of their 6 months warranty period which is a piece of mind. He also took the time to make some adjustments in the other lock that was working but that needed a little tweaking and he has even added a plate in the other lock to match the other one all included in the original price! Five stars because I can’t give more!

Perfect service! I required a new lock on the front door after the original broke, I was able to easily arrange a suitable time for the job to be completed with extra keys provided. Mase arrived promptly within the time slot and completed the job to a very high standard, cleaning up previously poorly completed work to improve the aesthetic of the door. Would highly recommend!

Mike from East End Locks came to me at an extremely vulnerable time - I had just been discharged from a 5 day hospital stay and I could not get into my flat. After calling he came within 15 minutes, he was also very transparent with the price (which was excellent) and provided me with an insight into what he felt had happened to stop the door from opening, which made perfect sense but I would never have figured that out. He kept me informed the entire time with the process, he was exceptionally determined to open my door and allow me access to my flat. Within 10 minutes he had gained access. He was fast and efficient, but most importantly a genuinely nice and decent human being. I could Not reccomend this company enough, and I have saved their number in case I am ever in an emergency situation like this again. If you are in stow look no further - mikes your guy! Called Mike out for UPVC front door that would not open. He was transparent about all costs when I called to enquire. Price was very reasonable for what I considered an emergency call out. He arrived quickly and sorted the problem, ensuring that he had done a thorough job. Mike even went as far as sorting my side entrance door as well for me as a gesture of kindness, this was very much appreciated. I locked myself out the house on a Saturday evening, it happens to the best of us! I phoned Tom and he arrived in 10 Mins, he was fast, efficient and a delight to talk to! Gave me a reasonable price up front, explained the work required and replaced the lock with a secure, quality lock with 5 keys! William was excellent. Came out promptly, clearly knows what he's doing. A really nice guy too! We'd called out another so called "locksmith" beforehand who turned out to be a right conman, tried to tell us it was impossible to unlock the door and he'd have to drill out the lock, which was utter BS. So when William turned up you immediately felt he was someone who could be trusted, and he managed to unlock the door without damaging anything. Highly recommend!

I was needing car key for my E39 as the old.one snapped and wanted to get home after work I found car key solution online and Spoken to Nathan who sorted and arranged for one of his mobile technician to come and attend my car on a Sunday when the guy arrived he was very friendly and social and very skilled in his work and even showed me a few features that I didn't know about my car and even explained that my head lights on my e39 are from a Left hand drive BMW He sorted the broken key out and repaired it and made a spair one and was able to get them both to work and even put BMW badges on the keys I highly recommend Car key solutions to anyone needing a genuine honest Key maker

My Volvo spare key problem sorted. No need to go Volvo dealer : book and appointment, log book , ID , leave a car for whole day . It wasn’t quick as took a more than an hour but I am satisfied with their service. Highly recommend.
