I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Excellent service, prompt and very courteous too. ♡♡

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

To best dentist I ever been too. Tom 100% recommend as can be fully trusted unlike Dover Priory Dental Surgery. Tom professionally cleaned my teeth the best result I ever had. Didn't need any treatment but gave me advice and tips on improving my daily routine, as plaque was showing. The whole team from receptions, dental assistant and Tom are totally professional and friendly in which puts one at ease. throughly cleaned my teeth

The team are professional and there is always a warm welcome! I have confidence in their judgement, skills and advice. I am reassured that only strictly necessary treatment will be suggested and I will not be overcharged or encouraged to have unnecessary work done!

I would just like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful service I have always received, but particularly recently. From my initial distraught phone call to the lovely, understanding and compassionate Tracy, to the hard work and skill of Bunty and nurse Haley who was assisting him last Friday. They all worked tirelessly to help me. It wasn't easy, but Bunty persisted, Haley calmed me and both reassured me. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Called the practice three weeks ago suffering with an ongoing tooth pain. I was given an emergency appointment later that day. A temporary repair was undertaken and I returned two weeks later and I was advised I needed root canal treatment, which was undertaken later that day - successfully. What was so impressive was that I was fitted into the normal daily appointments as an emergency. Thank you Palm and your assistant for your first class service - you saved me a lot of pain.

The care my family has received, for more than 40 years, from all the staff at Kelvin House is incredible! Tracey and her team of receptionists, Sarah the hygienist and Bunty and his assistants do everything possible to make your visit as quick and as pain free as possible. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a professional, efficient and considerate team for any dental needs.

Been a patient at Whitstable dental surgery for over 15 years. So thankful to the people who work there. The receptionists are so polite, helpful, and kind; they go out of their way to help you. As for the dentist, they are very experienced and professional.

I have been with this practice for nearly 14 years. The team has always been professional, kind, and they have managed our dental care so well. They have always gone above the call of duty to help us, especially when there has been any kind of emergency. For example, I was suffering from the most excruciating pain due to an exposed root in my wisdom tooth. I already had an appointment in three days, but I didn't think I could live with the pain, so I called the practice. Lauren did everything she could to help me out, and our dentist made time to take the tooth out. I can't begin to describe how grateful I am. Thank you!

I use The Smile Centre for the dentist, for dental hygiene appointments. I cannot express how good Lindsey Peddle is at her job - I'm a bit of a nervous patient (through no fault of hers) and she is reassuring, kind and explains everything in such an easy to understand manner. I go in nervous, but come out so happy with the result and the exemplary service I get. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to keep their teeth clean and sparkling, she is simply great!

These days I would only leave a review if after a few days or so, I am still impressed. So ten days on, here I am, still impressed. I had a molar root canal treament with Aisling Quinn. Aisling is very knowledgeable, thorough and her approach is calm and reassuring. She immediately put me at ease and before I knew it, she was done and my tooth has been very comfortable since. I’ve always had excellent dental care from the Smile Centre and rang on Monday needing an appointment as soon as possible. I was given one with Atul Shankar the following day. I was very impressed that he outlined the various options, including the simplest and least invasive treatment which I was very happy to agree to. I was a very happy patient. Thank you

I have been attending this dental practice for over a year now and it’s only been the last 6 months I have been confident enough to start work on my smile, and teeth due to first I needed a root canal. All I can say is I was so scared, but my Dentist “DR MOONIS” was incredible, I have build up a close bond as he has been so understanding and caring of my worries but I didn’t feel a thing, a root canal is performed in 2 stages and the second stage he said I won’t need a numbing injection as I won’t feel it and he was completely correct. Now after that is done we are now move on to correction of my smile, and the best part is he talks you through each stage in great detail and doesn’t just do the work and leave you for a next check up, he cares truly for his work and clients and I’m truly grateful he is my dentist as the work he has done is amazing, once my teeth are finished I will up load a before and after. He has his work cut out with my teeth. :)

I've had a tooth removed, a few fillings and a deep clean here after not having a dentist for years, these guys have been brilliant so far. I don't think anybody finds a needle to the gums fun but having a filling done here isn't a scary experience, my first one only brought a small amount of pain whilst the last 2 were painless besides the needle. Reception staff are also lovely and can often book you in fairly quick, even if you can only attend very specific hours. Highly recommend with my only complaint being there's no parking but that's just Canterbury, there's a couple pay & display bays a 5 minute walk in either direction.

It was my first visit to Chopra. I had a warm welcome by the reception staff. The hygienist and her nurse was wonderful. I am usually nervous at dentists. I was made to feel comfortable. Clear and reassuring communication about each procedure. I had an exceptional clean and good advice about care at home. Good value for money I will be back

I really liked the dentist and nurse. They were warm, friendly and informative, as well as patient with my young daughter. A little hidden gem in Canterbury, not that going to the dentist is supposed to be fun, but they made it stress free.

Excellent service. As a visitor on holiday, needed emergency filling. Had to go private but worth it to save me the hassle of having to pay rail fare home, and lost holiday time. Really friendly people, lovely dentist and no pain. Thank you all so much.

The staff at reception are always very helpful and pleasant. I've had many appointments cancelled and rebooked due to staff changes (dentists/hygienists). It's difficult to build a rapport with so many changes. I have been with My Dentist for more than 10 years I'm an NHS patient and have always been treated well.

I experience serious dental anxiety after a bad experience many years ago. I was a bit of a wreck going in but the dentist Onur was understanding, and gentle, making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort, filling was done very quickly and it went well, I’m just sorry he had to cope with me being so nervous as I needn’t have been so worried!
