I am not a brave person at the dentist , but my Dentist Shamir Dalsania had to re crown my front tooth. He was so kind and gentle making the process I was dreading more bearable. The tooth was so good that you cannot tell it’s been replaced. I can not recommend Shamir enough, he is so kind, professional and a real expert in his field . Thank you Shamir

I am writing this review for my husband Phil. He was in great pain with tooth infection seen promptly and given diagnosis. Unfortunately he needed a root canal filling which he had today 15.10.24 carried out by Dr Shamir Dalsania. He thoroughly explained procedure, very little pain, he really looked after me. Banning dental surgery is amazing. I haven't had my treatment yet but I am going through my consultations. They have made me feel so welcome and at ease as I do get very anxious. Everybody is so nice right down to the receptionist. I actually look forward to going.

My wife and I have been coming to this practice for many years now, and the professional and personal treatment that we have both received has always been first class. It is a pleasure coming to this office. The entire staff is great!

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. I had not been to a dentist for 4 years and feel lucky that Carbasse was recommended to me. I had my initial appointment with Laura in April where a treatment plan was discussed in detail regarding options available to me. After a number of visits the treatment is now finished and I have the most amazing new smile. I wish I had seen her years ago. I must not forget to mention the other staff from reception to hygienists who are also all amazing. They really are a happy, friendly professional team.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

I have only just started attending this Dentists and I think that that they have a friendly and professional approach. I was impressed that the Dentist identified an area of my dental care that I had not been addressing appropriately and she was spot on with her diagnosis about what I had and hadn't been doing with my brushing. They are also very gentle and considerate of the patient.

I went to the dentist with a very painful gum infection which I needed to be treated very urgently due to imminent surgery! Balsam was absolutely fabulous! She was very thorough and understanding and treated me with such compassion. Treatment was successful and I was able to go ahead with my surgery as planned! I cannot thank her enough!

Really brilliant experience with Appletree. Was referred to Mr Williams their specialist for a re-root canal. Both treatments were calm and pain free, no issues or problems! Staff are lovely and facility is very clean and modern. Would highly recommend!

Due to a bad experience at another dentist i have been quite anxious about attending for treatment. However, Rita at Appletree has been so amazing. She is calm and explains what she is doing. Both her and the team were so friendly. Definitely recommend them

To best dentist I ever been too. Tom 100% recommend as can be fully trusted unlike Dover Priory Dental Surgery. Tom professionally cleaned my teeth the best result I ever had. Didn't need any treatment but gave me advice and tips on improving my daily routine, as plaque was showing. Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!
