I am so glad to have this lovely, local dental practice. I am confident of the professional treatment of my teeth, and the organisation of my appointments are very straight forward. The reception is friendly and on-schedule. I highly recommend the practice.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

At Forge House Dental Practice you can leave your fears of the Dentist behind. They really are a complete Team. And a great team at that. I personally can not have a bad word to say as they literally saved my life due to my medical condition off allergies. They have all the emergency medical equipment, medication on sight. I’ve been using Forge House since I was a child and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sandeep is a great dentist - friendly, gentle and always explains what he is doing to put you at ease. Since COVID they have put various new measures in place to keep both staff and patients safe.

As a nervous and anxious patient I was made to feel most welcome and treated with kindness from stepping through the door and greeted at reception. Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

Had wisdom tooth extracted today and couldn't believe how quickly it was over. Very good. All staff very friendly, efficient and very professional. Many thanks to the team .

Great communication, kindness and humour throughout my initial consultation and procedure to install posts for implants. Mark explained everything clearly and seemed very knowledgeable and confident. The team assisting him were great ( Sophie and Tim? Sorry bad memory!! ) The procedure was quite long, over an hour but it never felt too long, lots of breaks. No pain at all. Good instructions for post operative care at home.

I was put at ease from the very first moment of the first in series of appointments to have a dental implant. Mark explained every stage of the treatment plan clearly and he and his team provide a very professional and caring service. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I transferred to Carbasse from another local practice and have found the experience excellent in every respect. I registered with Tomas and, over the past year have had a number of significant procedures including a very difficult root extraction, several fillings and a dental implant. Tomas’ manner, skill, attention to detail and communication has been exemplary on every occasion and certainly my best ever experience of dentistry. The dental nurses, especially Ashley, have also been superb and the front desk reception staff are kind, knowledgeable and highly efficient. A really outstanding practice in all respects which I would recommend without hesitation.

Really impressed by the team at Carbasse Implant & Dental Centre. Following a laughable experience at a so called leading clinic in Chestfield. I assure you that Carbasse are the real deal. I had an initial consultation with Marc Carbasse during which time he was was able to extract a tooth that had been broken down to gum level in two minutes flat. No drama, no pain and no discomfort whatsoever. I was given a treatment plan that works for me, competitively priced. Two days after the initial consultation and extraction I had an appointment with their Dental Hygienist who was equally impressive. She did a great job. I’m due back to see Marc in around twelve weeks time for CT scans to ensure they have room to carry out the implants without endangering any nerves in my jaw. Fingers crossed they can go ahead with the implants. One lower jaw and one upper on opposite sides of my mouth. Thank you Marc and your team. Friendly reception team and pleasant atmosphere. Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

I have had a wonderful experience although I nearly gave up in the first week as I’d had a tooth removed and the invisaligners were so sore, BUT I persevered and I am so pleased I did. 56 weeks later I have a new smile and I am so pleased. Also because I was strict with myself as to how long I had them in over a 24 hour period I didn’t need to have any more news aligners. I would highly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice too, everyone was very helpful and kind.

I booked an appointment at the end of July to see Dr Jan Einfeldt as I was suffering from an ongoing abscess which was really painful and needed treatment. Also I was overdue a checkup having moved to the area 18 months previously. Dr Jan was absolutely wonderful as he not only thoroughly checked my teeth, but also x-rayed and scanned them. The result was that the abscess had been draining but the tooth needed attention along with two other teeth up on the same area and next to the problem tooth. He advised that the best long term solution would be to have a cap and a bridge providing that the existing teeth could be saved by being root filled. Obviously that couldn't be guaranteed at this stage but hopefully that would be the preferred outcome. Dr Jan said that if I was happy with his suggestion, which I definitely was, then he would refer me to a specialist dentist who was an expert in root canal treatment. That course of action was taken and my teeth were successfully saved and root canal filled and prepared for Dr Jan to then provide and fit the new bridge and crown. I have done a separate review for Pearl Dental Care and Dr Karim who is based in Sevenoaks and undertook the root canal treatment. I then returned to Dr Jan and again he fully explained the next steps, told me the cost and went on to scan my mouth and to provide all the information required to send to his chosen technician, who would then produce the new bridge. Two weeks later, I returned to have the new bridge fitted and I am absolutely delighted - it is just like having my original teeth back but so much better. The bridge is easy to keep clean and I am thrilled to be able to eat and chew food without discomfort. It has been money very well spent and I would thoroughly recommend Dr Jan and his team to anyone needing to see a dentist. Both he and Dr Karim are absolutely unique and real craftsmen, whilst also being very down to earth and explaining everything very clearly. They are both anxious to help maintain and protect original teeth as far as is possible unlike previous dentists that I have been to who just want to take teeth out and fit implants! My grateful thanks to both these dental practices and these two exceptional men who go above and beyond with their excellent approach and dental care.

I thoroughly recommend Staplehurst Dental Practice to anyone. Starting with the hygienist appointment (which I have always been afraid to attend due to sensitive teeth). The hygienist totally listened to my concerns and acted accordingly. I will ALWAYS trust the hygienist there and never use another. I then had porcelain veneers fitted on my top four teeth. Again, I was absolutely delighted with the finished product. Throughout my whole experience there I was made to feel comfortable, informed throughout by professional caring individuals. I am an Invisalign patient nearing the end of my treatment and all I can say is WOW! The whole team are great at this practice... Dr Jan has been incredible and the results I am seeing are nothing short of amazing. Everything was explained thoroughly and in an easy way to understand, you never feel rushed and he is extremely friendly, approachable and gentle. I have also had 2 appointments with Victoria during my Invisalign treatment, the first for hygiene and the second for a filling. Victoria is so friendly (it's like chatting to a friend) and, like Jan, incredibly gentle and amazing at explaining what is happening during the treatment process which really makes all the difference. I have never received such care at any other dental practice.. I have finally found a gem of a dental practice.

Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Had my first hygienist appointment with lia today, she was amazing from start to finish. I was super nervous as I’ve not had this done before and my teeth can be a little sensitive, but she reassured me the whole time and made the experience great! Thank you so much Burgate dental. The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. We are over the moon with the treatment. As it was a front tooth we feel blessed to have found Burgate Dental Practice. Thank you
