Been a patient here roughly a year now. Had 4 appointments with the dentist and 1 with the hygienist. All round great service. Appointments are well communicated. Polite & friendly receptionists, always have a smile on their face. Dentists, nurses & supporting staff are very professional, understanding and accommodating. Just visited Tooth Care Dental Rainham and had a fantastic experience with the Hygienist, Charlotte, and her team. Charlotte is such a lovely lady and took excellent care of my teeth. She also shared some brilliant advice, and I left feeling like my teeth were in great shape! The receptionists, Anna and the other wonderful ladies, were incredibly helpful and efficient, making me feel so relaxed—even though I’m not the biggest fan of dental visits. The whole team is genuinely friendly, and it’s such a welcoming practice. Highly recommend to anyone looking for excellent dental care with a personal touch! Would you like any adjustments, Andi?

As someone who is incredibly (and irrationally)nervous of the dentist…having part of a tooth detach was my worst nightmare…I needn’t have worried…all the staff are incredibly calming and got me in for assessment and reconstructed filling within such a short space of time…no pain.. no fuss… absolutely brilliant! Visited the Orchard Dental Practice hygienist today. Jess and Lesley were very efficient and very professional and yet very friendly. I received more sound advice during this one visit than I have received from other practices over the last 40 years. And everything was done with a smile to make me feel very much at ease. This is the first time that I have walked out of a dental practice very much looking forward to my next visit !!!

Superb dental services. I recently joined as a patient, having moved to Faversham in the middle of a programme of dental treatment, and the positive difference is significant. I have had 3 appointments in a month and my progress is amazing. I wasn't aware that a temporary cosmetic solution was an available option for me until I joined this practice and the results are incredible. I am so delighted with how my teeth look now. Everybody at the practice has been friendly and welcoming; I cannot recommend Dr Linton and his colleagues enough.

Just moved to the area and was recommended to the Faversham Dental Practice. Very much like the friendly staff and straightforward service. I needed a root canal and advice on bleeding gums, and Dr. Linton sorted out both with excellent explanations and presentation of options. Am definitely staying with them!

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl and I’m now nearly 50! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my teeth. The receptionist is always polite and friendly and the dentist, I now see Dr Linton, is highly knowledgable and highly skilled. My daughter suffers with a genetic disorder and so her teeth grow differently to others and after first meeting her, Dr Linton looked up her disorder to understand her more and will be in liaison with her hospital for future dental plans. This level of care and understanding is outstanding!

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. I first came to Wye Dental Practice earlier this year as a nervous patient. From my very first visit, everyone made me feel so welcome and at ease. I first joined Wye dental surgery to have my teeth straightened and whitened but, in the process, found my top incisor was fractured due to a root canal I'd had many years before. The advice and treatment I received throughout the process of getting my tooth repaired and the root canal redone, and having a crown fitted to look EXACTLY like the other tooth was phenomenal. I can't recommend Wye dental surgery enough. James and Aliz are friendly, patient and understanding and will make you feel at ease whatever treatment you have done. A very professional, yet friendly service.

Recently went to the dentist to get a tooth checked out (that i knew was probably infected) and was hoping it wasnt. Unfortunately turns out it was and it did need to be taken out. I was so nervous because of a tooth i had had removed as a child, and was finding every reason in my head to try and cancel the appointment. In the end i realised i needed to get it done, so just bit the bullet and went in, but made sure to let the dentist know how nervous i was. When i say she put me at such ease and treated me with so much compassion, i cannot stress enough just how much she calmed me down. With how gentle she was i barely felt a thing! she explained the whole process of what she was going to do, but with the perfect amount of ''white lies'' (when she had injected exactly, the type you would tell a child - which i had asked her to do) that by time i was getting ready for the most fearful part of it, she was done! Honestly she made the whole experience sooooo much better, i coudn't be more grateful. 5 stars :)

I had to have a 3d image xray here, it was such a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. A lovely receptionist greeted me when I arrived, and my xray went well. I couldn't of asked for a more incredible experience with my appointment. I would highly recommend this beautiful clinic to both my friends and family. Excellent service, prompt and very courteous too. ♡♡

I have been attending this dental practice for over a year now and it’s only been the last 6 months I have been confident enough to start work on my smile, and teeth due to first I needed a root canal. All I can say is I was so scared, but my Dentist “DR MOONIS” was incredible, I have build up a close bond as he has been so understanding and caring of my worries but I didn’t feel a thing, a root canal is performed in 2 stages and the second stage he said I won’t need a numbing injection as I won’t feel it and he was completely correct. Now after that is done we are now move on to correction of my smile, and the best part is he talks you through each stage in great detail and doesn’t just do the work and leave you for a next check up, he cares truly for his work and clients and I’m truly grateful he is my dentist as the work he has done is amazing, once my teeth are finished I will up load a before and after. He has his work cut out with my teeth. :)

This is such a fantastic dental surgery. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and extremely patient and caring to those who are perhaps a little nervous. They were absolutely brilliant with my 3 young children who were all very apprehensive about their appointment. They're all looking forward to their next visit. I cannot rate this surgery enough. I'm a complete whimp when it comes to the dentist and dread any appointment for weeks before I'm due to be seen but, Chopra and Associates really do have an amazing team that obviously care about their patients and take the time to help you feel at ease. 1st class! I had a broken tooth at the back of my mouth so I was very worried about extraction. I had no need to worry. The receptionist was very polite. I was quickly put at ease and the extraction was quick and painless. Would highly recommend.

Chopra dental surgery is the best dentist I have used . I have a bit of a phobia when it comes to going to the dentist but the dentist at Chopra shows empathy to me. She takes her time allowing me to have a break during treatment should I feel I need it. She is also very friendly and very personable.

Called the Ashford branch and the receptionist was brilliant maybe her name was glen or Glenys. Bubbly friendly and most importantly extremely helpful. Booked an appointment. I was referred here by my dentist to have snapped wisdom tooth extracted also one next to it, I am such an anxious person but was put at ease the minute I walked in the dentist room. Can’t remember the surgeons name but she made sure I was in no pain, even topping it up as I could feel the second one coming out. I found the whole experience very good, very friendly and calming. After having moved from London to Kent I hadn't been able to register as an NHS patient with any local Dentists. However, after contacting Dentaline I found that 'My Dentist' in Faversham were taking new NHS patients. I called to book an appointment and spoke with their receptionist who was extremely helpful. I was seen within a fortnight by Onur Halil who proved to be excellent! He performed his initial examination, was easy to talk to, and provided answers to all of my questions. He gave me options for the way forward, and I have therefore booked my next appointment.

The staff at reception are always very helpful and pleasant. I've had many appointments cancelled and rebooked due to staff changes (dentists/hygienists). It's difficult to build a rapport with so many changes. I have been with My Dentist for more than 10 years I'm an NHS patient and have always been treated well.

I experience serious dental anxiety after a bad experience many years ago. I was a bit of a wreck going in but the dentist Onur was understanding, and gentle, making sure I wasn’t in any discomfort, filling was done very quickly and it went well, I’m just sorry he had to cope with me being so nervous as I needn’t have been so worried!
