Never have I felt so comfortable with a dentist. Received excellent advice and information throughout my implants treatment and am overjoyed with the results. Outstanding quality and superb value for money. All of the staff at the practice are so professional yet friendly and welcoming. So glad I committed to travel all the way from Leicestershire for my treatment. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough and will definitely return for future treatments. I joined Repton Dental practice in the Summer this year and had a very thorough check up carried out by the dentist. I recently had a hygienist appointment and was very impressed by the detailed information she gave me as well as the excellent care and attention. It is also much more cost effective than my previous dentist.

I am so pleased with my implant treatment at repton dental studio. The experience was so friendly and comforting from the start to finish. The reception and staff are so friendly and aware of your individual needs. My implant surgeon Dr Navaee was very professional and explained everything's in great detail. It was so reassuring. I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

My daughters and I all attend the Welldene and cannot fault the service and staff interaction. Yes there was a wait at first as clearly their patient retention high ( I noted this as positive) once registered I can honestly confirm the service is that of the London clinics and you will not be disappointed. Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

My wife and I went for a assessment for Denplan which was just £45 .00 each. This was a thorough examination and 2 xrays. Judy our dentist explained everything as she carried out the examination and put me and my wife at ease, very professional and friendly as was the receptionist. We have now found our dentist.

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Mrs Patel was absolutely fantastic. I was very nervous during my first visit, however she made me feel really relaxed and explained everything in great detail. Even when I went back for an emergency appointment, she really looked after me and took great care during treatments.

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. I’ve just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr Shilpa Murphy at Hamstreet Dental Clinic and am so pleased with the results. Shilpa was always happy to answer any questions and offer reassurance when needed. I recently finished my Invisalign treatment here with Shilpa. I am so pleased with the results and how amazing she was with everything. If i wasn't sure on how they were looking I was very reassured and Shilpa made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Im very impressed and the comments on my teeth now are amazing. I can't thank Hamstreet Dental Clinic enough for the care and professionalism they showed me during a recent dental emergency. I was in excruciating pain and they were able to see me on short notice, which was such a relief. Dr. Shilpa and her team were fantastic – they quickly diagnosed the issue and got me out of pain during my first visit, then scheduled me for a root canal. Although the procedure couldn't be completed in one sitting and unfortunately led to an infection, the team once again acted quickly and got me back in for another appointment. Dr. Shilpa was incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. She truly worked wonders in getting me out of pain. A special thanks also to Kitty at reception and Dr. Kim for their friendly and helpful service.

I have been a patient with Jade Dental Practice for many years, it is a friendly, relaxed practice and I have always had excellent experiences. My regular Dentist left and Adil has replaced her. I was apprehensive about seeing someone new, but after my first visit I left feeling extremely confident. Adil was outstanding, informative and thorough. He advised me that I would need a crown. Throughout the treatment and procedure that was required he clearly explained what he was going to do and you feel like you’re in good hands. This was my first visit to Jade Dental Practice, firstly I was impressed by the how clean the reception area was of their Ashford branch, also their reception staff were very friendly and put me at ease straight away. I had to have my teeth cleaned, it’s never a pleasure to visit the dentist, however I was lucky enough to have the treatment carried out by Jodie, straightaway Jodie put me at ease and explained the process and what would be involved, Jodie was very chatty and made me forget that I was at a dentist which is an amazing feeling when a visit to the Denist can be a quite daunting experience. Jodie talked me through the process at every stage and was always checking to make sure I was ok, Jodie had a lovely caring side to her, but came across very professional, I felt I was in very safe hands. I would certainly recommend Jade Dental Practice, I will certainly be returning back to this practice in the future when I require further treatment.

I cant recommend Jade Dental enough. After a very bad experience at another dentist Adil at Jade took me on to finish my invisalign journey when other dentists wouldn't. He was extremely professional, explained everything, was great at keeping in touch and making the process as seamless as possible resulting in me getting my desired results. Because of him and how helpful even the receptionists were I also booked a hygienist appointment at jade over my regular dentist and she was fantastic also. So thorough and taught me a lot so all in all a fantastic dental practice cant recommend enough so thank you guys!

I had such a lovely experience at Jade Dental this morning, and every time I go. Reception staff are warm and friendly. Afshan is a brilliant dentist and today took extra time with me and did an extra xray to allay my fears of decay lurking inside a tooth she pretty much rebuilt for me last year. Always very kind and caring. I have also had hygiene appointments with Jodie and Suzy both are excellent hygienists. As someone who is terrified of needles and injections, I was extremely nervous on the day. But the ladies greeted me and made me feel welcome from the get-go! They numbed my lips and the chair was so comfy! I could have fallen asleep; I felt nothing at all! Dr Priya was so gentle, warm and chatty! I will definitely be returning! I’m so happy with my lips now and I’ve gained a massive confidence boost from them! 100% recommend!!

EasySmile Ashford have been excellent throughout my course of treatments, from the welcome at reception on arrival, in the modern clean and bright waiting area, to the professional dental attention received from Ben, my lovely dentist and his assistant. I initially had a free consultation, followed by several procedures which were all thoroughly explained to me. I felt very at ease whilst in the dentist’s chair (almost falling asleep on one occasion, I felt so comfortable!) I always left the practice feeling satisfied with the excellent service provided and would absolutely recommend to others, even if they are a bit worried about visiting a dentist in general, EasySmile is the best I’ve ever visited, I will certainly be returning in the future.

After decades of issues with front teeth due to a trauma, Ben helped with front teeth with implants and bridge. Would highly recommend, Ben is very precise and would recommend.
