We booked Events by Helen to be our bar team for our wedding, and they were absolutely amazing! Kasia and her team went above and beyond, doing so much more than just serving drinks—they really looked after us and our guests. Helen had assured us beforehand that we’d be in great hands, and she was 100% right. Communication before the day was excellent, and Helen was super helpful with any queries we had, putting us totally at ease—nothing was too much trouble. The team were friendly, personable, and made sure everything ran smoothly, taking away any stress. They even helped clear everything up, cut the cake, and continued to restock it throughout the evening. The team also embraced our theme by wearing their fabulous hot pink aprons, which added such a fun touch. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Events by Helen! We couldn’t recommend Helen highly enough. Every step of the way Helen was supportive and guided us through the whole process. After every phone call she put me at ease and I felt a sigh of relief that everything was going in the right direction. The day before our wedding, Helen met us at the venue to do a handover and from that point onwards I was able to totally relax and enjoy this special time with my husband-to-be and all of our family and friends knowing our day was in the safe hands of Helen. The day of the wedding ran so smoothly. There was some confusion about the tableware which was organised by myself, however superwomen Helen took control of the situation and managed to source everything we needed the day of (with a little help from her lovely husband who was the delivery man!). I would not have known anything what had happened BTS until after the wedding, for this we are so grateful. We had the best weekend of our lives and this wouldn’t have been possible without Helen, thank you for everything!

What can I say except 'We could not have done it without Helen'!! When arranging our wedding ourselves (a garden party on our friends farm) I really needed someone the take charge of the day and Helen did not disappoint. From the beginning she was responsive, helped me find suppliers and provided invaluable advice! The day itself was a dream, EVERYTHING was looked after from decorations, keeping the bar stocked, serving drinks and food and just making sure everything ran smoothly! We had the best day. Our dream wedding in Santorini Where to even begin… We would like to say a huge thank you to Rachel for all of her support, guidance, efforts and planning over the last year to make sure our wedding was nothing short of perfect. I honestly wouldn’t choose any other destination, Santorini was a dream wedding location, the views are spectacular and the weather was perfect the whole time we were there. Every one of our guests said it was the best wedding they have been to, it was truly magical and a day that will be remembered and reminisced forever. Giannis and Voula ensured everything looked beautiful on the day at Le Ciel and our vision really came to life. The flowers, the aisle, the welcome board, the seating plan, the list could go on - it was all perfect. The service from the staff at Le Ciel was amazing, not a single person had an empty glass on the day, they were so attentive and this was recognised by all of our guests. Kimonos and magic videography - we have received a sneak preview of the photos taken on the day and they are better than we could ever have imagined! Fotinos the sax player was absolutely incredible - he kept everyone on the dance floor the whole night. All of our guests loved him! We couldn’t possibly thank you all enough - but a special thank you to Rachel, who helped make this all possible. What we would do to rewind and do the whole day all over again! It was simply the best.

We decided to get married in Sorrento, Italy and used Ionian Weddings due to the positive reviews and comprehensive, reasonably priced packages available. Although slightly apprehensive - as we have never attended a wedding abroad - we certainly weren't disappointed. The booking process and wedding arrangements all ran smoothly as a result of the help and support from our UK planner Maria and Viola in Sorrento made sure everything ran to plan on the big day! We were married in Sorrento and had our reception at Villa Antiche Mura and I can honestly say the experience of the day exceeded all our expectations - together with those of our guests. As well as the beautiful surroundings the food, service and attentiveness of the staff was of a very high standard and I cannot think of one negative aspect to mention. Sorrento is a beautiful place to visit and an absolutely perfect place to celebrate a wedding, we would highly recommend it! John & Lisa

We’ve just had our photos through from our dream wedding! The service from initial Exploration with Patricia was really good and very responsive. Once we signed up It would’ve been helpful to have more contact with our wedding coordinator as there’s quite a lot of documentation to get sorted and to look through. However, shortly after we were given Emma and she was brilliant checking in with me That I was on track with my documentation asking any questions that I had big or small to make sure I felt totally reassured for the day And that we had all the documentation and detail in place. When we got to Sorrento, our wedding coordinator Gemma was amazing. We spent half a day with Gemma a couple of days before the wedding and she talked to us through everything and we went to all of the location Day. On the day, Gemma made sure everything ran like clockwork whether it was gathering guests, Organising the photographers sorting out my dress or just being a sounding board for my worries when it’s starts to rain. When you get there, you really see how it all comes And I definitely want to send a special thanks to both Emma and Gemma for making sure that we were well looked after. The only problem is the day went far too quickly and we’d love to do it all over again.

Ionian weddings took care of everything for us, and I honestly don't have enough words to express how utterly amazing our wedding day was!! Rachel handled everything on our side, and she was superb, replying straight away to any queries or concerns. Solving any problems and trying to enable us in any way possible to create our dream day. Great service and great quality. These balloons were bought on 30April for my sons birthday on the Sunday. Picture 1 taken on the Sunday so 1 day old. Picture 2 taken today 29.5 and still going strong!!!!

A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼
