As a regular photographer with this organisation, I have witnessed numerous events for Tim and Apollo. They are meticulously planned, beautifully designed and executed. I have never known a client that isn't blown away by the parties and corporate events that Tim and his team provide.

Tim and his Apollo Event team are awesome! He created the most magical party for my family and it was quite simply one of the best nights of our lives. The thank you letters, cards and messages are testament that every other guest felt the same and this was because of Tim's attention to detail to ensure everything went without a hitch. There aren’t enough superlatives to sufficiently describe Apollo events. My sisters and I all had our 21st birthdays with them and as a result our family now has a reputation for the parties we throw. All the credit has to go to Tim and his team who just manage to create the most incredible nights every time without fail!!!

We booked Event Catering Group for our wedding and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We wanted a South African menu for our big day and Event Catering Group fit the bill perfectly. The food was delicious, plentiful and our guests raved about it. The team are highly professional, responsive and trustworthy. We would book again for future events.

My rowing club recently hosted our annual dinner using their services, and I can't thank them enough for making it such a fantastic success! I attended the event along with my fellow rowers and friends, and would like to commend their team for the exceptional evening. Everyone I spoke to was in agreement that the service, amazing food, and flawless presentation made it so memorable and special. Special shoutout to Darren and his team who were attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Great service! I hosted a party for 20 people for my mother in law´s 80th birthday. The food was really good, I have to give a special mention to the sticky toffee pudding, it was just so delicious. Great selection of sides and desserts to go with the main.

Louise organised our central London ceilidh wedding reception and was absolutely brilliant from the moment we engaged her. Louise thought of everything and was great at dealing with suppliers - including some tricky customers! She was always on hand and we had such confidence in her - it was a blessing to hand everything over to her in the run up to the reception. We were so impressed with how calm Louise was on the night and how she was constantly attentive whilst operating behind the scenes. We couldn't have imagined the stress had Louise not been there, it was amazing how on top of things she was. She really enabled us to just enjoy ourselves without any worries at all. Not sure even where to begin with how incredible Lucia is - from listening to my random selection of ideas and Pinterest photos on our first call to turning that into a beautiful, modern, sophisticated vision which was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. At every meeting my husband and I walked away saying “Lucia is the best decision we made.” Beyond the amazing design, Lucia’s organisation, planning and delivery of our day and the management of the collection of suppliers (I also was so happy with every supplier she recommended personally) made the whole experience completely stress free and I know we wouldn’t have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did if we hadn’t had such a trusted and excellent planner. Our guests and family also commented on excellent she was. Lucia’s attention to detail is incredible - there was no detail that she hadn’t considered or wasn’t on top of and it really showed. If you want a beautifully designed and stress-free wedding day you need to have Lucia involved. She is the best decision we made!

We initially approached Lucia for event styling, wanting to bring cohesion to our vision for a beautiful wedding at the Corinthia London. We struggled to find any inspiration pictures for what we wanted as it didn’t exist. Lucia offered both simple ideas and more extravagant options to bring cohesion without pressuring us. Her expertise extended beyond design elements to enhancing our guests’ experience, suggesting unique ideas we hadn’t considered. Both of us were quite time poor so it was a relief to know there was someone looking after these things! The day before the wedding my mother had an unexpected injury. Unsure of how serious it was, I contacted Lucia first. Within three hours of scheduled departure we had two ambulances at the house. Lucia stayed in contact as we traveled to the venue with all luggage. We put Lucia in contact with my Dad in the hopes my parents would be able to travel to the venue later. Lucia researched transport options and arranged for them to join us once mum was released from the hospital. Not as easy as it sounds when you live in Kent, the wedding is in London, and your parents are at a hospital in a location you don’t even know. This was above and beyond her duties but it truly speaks to her caring nature. I will never forget how Lucia kept it together for us on that day. Many guests called it the best wedding they’d ever attended, largely thanks to Lucia’s seamless coordination with her suppliers. On the day she was in her element. She ensured everything ran like clockwork, creating a truly phenomenal and unforgettable event. Lucia, thank you for your dedication, late nights, and guidance in making our wedding day one to remember!

Lucia is absolutely incredible! We got married in July 2023 and Lucia was absolutely amazing! From the start of the process, Lucia was responsive to my emails and messages and answered all my questions and concerns, Lucia listened to our vision for our day and offered the best advice on how to achieve the romantic dreamy look we were going for. Lucia absolutely made our day so much more special by being there as a calming influence and taking on our vision and completely bringing it to life and giving it the heart and soul that we desired. Lucia’s eye for detail and bringing the colours, venue decor and vision to life is second to none. As a first time supplier exhibiting at a wedding fair, I couldn't have asked for a more friendly and welcoming experience. The whole event was really well organised, I had amble space and got to meet lots of other lovely like minded suppliers! Zoe and Peter were amazing at running the day and made me feel at ease. We attended our first wedding fair with Prestige and it was brilliant. So well organised and tablecloths provided with adequate space between us and our neighbours. Got two bookings already and lots of genuine interest from my first fair with them, so definitely booking more. They're also very nice people to work with and obviously care that the events go well for everyone.

Zoe and Peter are really helpful regarding the wedding fairs. As a supplier I feel confident that there won't be several of the same role at each fair and I know that they will help with any requests I may have. They have built up a really good network of suppliers, and genuinely friendly ones, so there is always a lovely atmosphere and comradery amongst the suppliers and a good selection for couples coming to visit.

I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼

Great service and great quality. These balloons were bought on 30April for my sons birthday on the Sunday. Picture 1 taken on the Sunday so 1 day old. Picture 2 taken today 29.5 and still going strong!!!!

A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. Almost a week later the balloons were still going strong and displayed in the nursery showcasing her color theme beautifully. Thank you Paul, Tara loved them Karen Palmer

So happy with my balloons for my daughter’s birthday. I discussed ideas with Danni and she created this fabulous garland for me
