Tim and his Apollo Event team are awesome! He created the most magical party for my family and it was quite simply one of the best nights of our lives. The thank you letters, cards and messages are testament that every other guest felt the same and this was because of Tim's attention to detail to ensure everything went without a hitch. Apollo organised our wedding for us and are quite simply brilliant at what they do - we could not have pulled off such a beautiful wedding without them! We were initially a little daunted by the prospect of organising a wedding, however we needn’t have been. Tim took all the stress out of the planning process and the day itself, which allowed us to just enjoy it and do all the exciting things! Tim has an excellent knowledge of and rapport with suppliers - we felt we had the best of everything with none of the hassle of trying to find caterers, marquee companies etc. He also has a great eye for detail and very much had us as a couple in mind when coming up with ideas, so the day really reflected our personalities. Tim was invaluable on the day itself and we felt so looked after - something you don’t often feel as bride and groom, being so conscious about everything and everyone else. He is also very personable and great fun - each time we met with him we felt so excited about our plans materialising. His team are all fab and added to the atmosphere on the day. We are so grateful to Apollo for putting together the most special day of our lives!

There aren’t enough superlatives to sufficiently describe Apollo events. My sisters and I all had our 21st birthdays with them and as a result our family now has a reputation for the parties we throw. All the credit has to go to Tim and his team who just manage to create the most incredible nights every time without fail!!!

As a regular photographer with this organisation, I have witnessed numerous events for Tim and Apollo. They are meticulously planned, beautifully designed and executed. I have never known a client that isn't blown away by the parties and corporate events that Tim and his team provide.

We used TH&TH for some decorative elements at our wedding in Sussex in August and could not be happier with the service. We chose to hire some floral/decorative elements as well as a lounge set for the barn style venue and the pieces worked so well with our theme - the photo spot which was decorated by the team was particularly popular with our guests and we've got some amazing photos and memories. Thank you to all the team for helping to add those special finishing touches to our day.

To have & to hire were recommended suppliers via our wedding venue, I cannot express how happy I am we used them! They took my vision and made it come to life, I can’t even put in to words how stunning the barn looked. It actually took my breath away when I got to the aisle at how amazing it all looked. I have had so many comments from guests about how stunning the barn looked and whether the flowers were real or not! They took so much stress away from someone who likes to be in control 😆 I got to the venue at 9am and they were already up on ladders installing the foliage! To Have & To Hire did our decoration for our 2 day wedding at Buxted Park Hotel and East Sussex National. They did such an amazing job on both days to help our vision come to life, but what impressed us the most, was our multicultural wedding for the second day. We were wanting a traditional Asian set-up and specifically after a “Mandap” which they had never done before. The Mandap looked incredible and was exactly what we wanted. It wowed all the guests and the centrepieces looked incredible too with some people thinking that the flowers were real! A massive thank you to Sara, Michelle and the team for being the best, super helpful and very communicative throughout the whole process. It helped to make planning a 2-day wedding seamless.

To Have and To Hire Events were fantastic decorating Upwaltham Barns for our November wedding. The team were amazing putting up all of the draping and fairy lights around the venue which made it look so magical. All of our guests commented on the aesthetic and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. The team were also so friendly on the lead up to the day and were helpful with any queries we had. They even custom made our table plan with antlers we provided! Highly recommend this company for all types of events including weddings.

We initially reached out to Green Lily to discuss styling and décor for our wedding, but after meeting Precious, we quickly realised we needed more! After talking through the services, we decided to go for two-week-before coordination, on-the-day coordination, and full styling—and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the moment we met Precious, she just got me. She understood exactly what I wanted and also completely understood my now-husband (who only cared about beer pong and making sure everyone behaved). I felt so listened to—no idea was too small or silly, and Precious always provided thoughtful advice on what would or wouldn’t work. She struck the perfect balance between letting me feel in control and giving me the space to relax. On the day (and during setup the day before), the professionalism of Precious and Sean was truly unmatched. Every vision I had came to life, their attention to detail and problem solving meant that when I walked into the venue after getting ready with my bridesmaids, I was blown away. The little touches they added made it so much more special. They handled all the suppliers so seamlessly that I didn’t even notice anything happening behind the scenes. It felt like all I had to do was enjoy the moment, and they took care of everything else. Honestly, they weren’t just our coordinators and stylists—they were our brains that day, and thanks to them, I was able to switch off completely and soak in every single second. The support they’ve given us before, during, and even after the wedding has been incredible—10/10 doesn’t even begin to describe it. We genuinely feel like we’ve gained a friend. Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

We couldn’t have picked a more perfect venue for our summer wedding than High Billingshurst Farm! Tom and his team were really accommodating and easy to work with. The venue offers a mix of settings depending on what you’re after and because the sun came out we were able to use our favourite spots - the courtyard and the rose garden. So beautiful!! Truly the most magical wedding venue. We are so happy with our decision to go with High Billinghurst Farm and we were so proud on the day to receive an abundance of compliments on our venue choice. We got married at High Billinghurst Farm on 30th November 2024, and we could not have been more happy with our choice. The barn is absolutely stunning, something our guests continue to comment on, and created the most stunning backdrop to our day. It's an intimate venue which just invites people to feel relaxed, and for an Autumn/Winter wedding, felt like a big hug, and created the most beautiful backdrop for photographs, whether amateur or professional. The two barns (new and old) created an incredible and easy flow as we moved between the two spaces, from ceremony and reception, to wedding breakfast, cocktail hour and dancing. The place is so flexible and has so many features, indoors and out, that it would be the perfect, most idillic setting at any time of year. Tom and team were fantastic to work with and wonderful on the day itself, working with our other suppliers so that we did not even have to think about logistics on the day. Thank you all so much. We had the most special day.

We got married here this summer and couldn't have been happier with the whole weekend! It was absolutely perfect and we got so many compliments on how brilliant the venue was! The layout is so well set out that it gave the day the perfect flow. Tom and his team were brilliant in the run up, answering our questions and doing everything they could to accommodate our perfect day. The day before they were incredible setting up the props how we wanted them, and were really helpful with ideas and suggestions. We got ready at the cottage, married in the beautiful woodland, canapes in the courtyard and dinner and the party in the main barn, finished off with surprise fireworks and camping in the field. We stayed in the shepherd hut which was beautifully decorated and enjoyed breakfast on the Sunday with our camping guests before the pack down. On the night Chris was awesome at helping to coordinate the suppliers and deal with timing problems with the band so we didn't need to get involved, as well as keeping the fireworks under wraps to help surprise the bride and guests. We can't thank you all enough for everything you did to give us the most spectacular day! This is such a versatile wedding venue that has so many options to give you peace of mind with the weather.

As someone who works in events, I thought I’d be able to handle the wedding planning all on my own, but with 7 weeks to go, I panicked and reached out to Lauren at Bluebird Creative. After one conversation with her, we knew Bluebird would be fabulous and asked them to help us with on the day event coordination (and gosh we are sooo glad we did so!). Everything in those final 6 weeks was so smoothly run by Bluebird and then on the day, we didn’t have to think of a thing, they had it handled and fully understood our vision to make it a reality! Coco supported us and she was a 20 out of 10! On the day, she was professional, supportive, fun and a true expert! We couldn’t haven’t had the amazing day without Bluebird, I really can’t recommend them enough!!

Where do I start! Lauren & her team were amazing from start to finish and our Wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! I used Bluebird Creative for the 'month of' wedding co-ordination and Lauren met us at the venue to run through every bit of detail we wanted on the day. She then took over all the suppliers we'd booked and created an amazing timeline. She was there all day on the Wedding day and was always checking in on me and my husband and her attention to detail was amazing. We had so many comments from family and friends to say how great she was too! I honestly don't think the day would have been the same without her and it took so much pressure off of me as the bride knowing that everything was going just the way we wanted it and no problem was too big for her! Helen and her team are amazing and I thoroughly recommend them. We've used Events by Helen for 5 events now - wedding, anniversary, 50th & 80th bday parties and a London office party. Each time, Helen has been brilliant before the event gathering information, planning the day, sourcing supplies, liaising with other suppliers and ensuring everything is in place. Our most recent event was my daughter's wedding for 150 people at a dry hire event space in London.
