Precious and Sean brought my 30th Birthday dreams to life! I am not the easiest person to plan a party for as I am very paticular and am a HUGE perfectionist but Precious understood the assignment. We had meetings to discuss my vision and a whatsapp chat to keep an open channel of communication which was perfect. We worked within my budget and Precious helped me make every penny count, It can be so easy to overlook details in planning but everything was thought of. On the week of the party I felt like I had my own PA's I was able to relax and enjoy while all the set up, vendors etc was handled - even last minute runs to the shop. On the night it was INCREDIBLE, the team were so attentive to me and my guests ensuring everything was perfect at all times. I have never attended such a well organised event. Will 10000000% use them again in the future.

Bespoke worked tirelessly to pull together our perfect August marquee wedding. We had a relatively small budget to work with which Karianne worked so hard to match and in the end we were extremely happy with how our budget was used. The field itself has a beautiful view and Karianne managed to find the best vendors (DJ, mobile bar, marquee, even toilets!!) to match our theme and budget. Even on the day, she was there to make sure everything went seamlessly. We cannot thank Bespoke enough for the best wedding ever!

The level of service was superb from Karianne and Catherine from start to finish; from the travel arrangements, quality equipment hire, amazing accommodation, delicious food and drink and all the venue choices - it was all first class! Where do I start as I’m not sure even a glowing review could ever do this team and the work they do - justice. Having been fortunate enough to attend events run by BEM in the corporate world, it was an absolute no brainer to chose tk work with them to plan our 10th wedding anniversary and it was the best decision we made! The team really do have a unique talent for understanding the brief and they knew exactly which suppliers would be the perfect fit for our party, our guests and our location - our home. We wanted to transport our guests back to Italy where we got married and the team incorporated some magical Italian accents throughout the party, which brought back wonderful memories from all those years ago. From the fantastic Aperol (and limoncello spritz!) bar that everyone loved, to the brilliant DJ and the hugely talented electric violist that kept the party going, every detail was flawless. The wood-fired oven pizzas were on another level, the burrata and Parma ham station a huge hit, and the fee flowing Italian beers went down a treat! It truly was the best party we've ever had, and all thanks to the incredible team who made everything so perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a more special celebration. Our wedding last year was amazing, in no small part due to the hard work and excellent organisation from Eve and the team at Bespoke Events Management. With so much to plan and coordinate, it was such a stress-relief to have our scheduled catch ups, planning advice their ability to sort out those annoying tricky issues that always come up. We had decided on a Marquee and Hog Roast, with Glamping for guests staying overnight, and Bespoke made it straight forward and easy to see the options, offer advice on sourcing and price, and get all the details exactly as we wanted. During the wedding day, Eve was on hand throughout to make sure everything was running smoothly, wrangling with surly caterers and giving us a fantastic start to our married life! We were so lucky to find and work with Lucia for our August wedding. Having her as our wedding planner was by far the best decision we made. We had ideas about what we wanted, but not a cohesive vision - Lucia managed to take those strands and turn them into something tangible that flowed throughout our whole wedding celebration. Even with a wedding planner, last minute issues pop up - but having Lucia there meant they were pretty much resolved before we were even aware there was a problem. With busy jobs, this was invaluable. In the run up to the day, Lucia was nothing short of fantastic. But on our wedding weekend is where she was a real superstar. For us everything about our wedding went seamlessly. Not only has she got a great eye for detail (our wedding breakfast room looked amazing and she even managed to artistically disguise some scuffs on the wall) but her energy just made everyone she interacted with (our guest and suppliers) so at ease and happy. The morning after a very long day and night (!), Lucia and her daughter even came back to the venue and made mini bouquets from our flowers that our guests could take home with them. We had so many comments from close friends and family telling us how amazing our wedding planner was - and Alex was recommending her to everyone we know. I think that says it all! Lucia was brilliant. Based on friends I know who got married at the same time having a wedding planner is so helpful but having the right wedding planner is the key! Everything about our wedding weekend was not only perfect, it was stress free and I know that was because of Lucia’s efforts.

We initially approached Lucia for event styling, wanting to bring cohesion to our vision for a beautiful wedding at the Corinthia London. We struggled to find any inspiration pictures for what we wanted as it didn’t exist. Lucia offered both simple ideas and more extravagant options to bring cohesion without pressuring us. Her expertise extended beyond design elements to enhancing our guests’ experience, suggesting unique ideas we hadn’t considered. Both of us were quite time poor so it was a relief to know there was someone looking after these things! The day before the wedding my mother had an unexpected injury. Unsure of how serious it was, I contacted Lucia first. Within three hours of scheduled departure we had two ambulances at the house. Lucia stayed in contact as we traveled to the venue with all luggage. We put Lucia in contact with my Dad in the hopes my parents would be able to travel to the venue later. Lucia researched transport options and arranged for them to join us once mum was released from the hospital. Not as easy as it sounds when you live in Kent, the wedding is in London, and your parents are at a hospital in a location you don’t even know. This was above and beyond her duties but it truly speaks to her caring nature. I will never forget how Lucia kept it together for us on that day. Many guests called it the best wedding they’d ever attended, largely thanks to Lucia’s seamless coordination with her suppliers. On the day she was in her element. She ensured everything ran like clockwork, creating a truly phenomenal and unforgettable event. Not sure even where to begin with how incredible Lucia is - from listening to my random selection of ideas and Pinterest photos on our first call to turning that into a beautiful, modern, sophisticated vision which was more amazing than we could have ever imagined. At every meeting my husband and I walked away saying “Lucia is the best decision we made.” Beyond the amazing design, Lucia’s organisation, planning and delivery of our day and the management of the collection of suppliers (I also was so happy with every supplier she recommended personally) made the whole experience completely stress free and I know we wouldn’t have enjoyed our wedding as much as we did if we hadn’t had such a trusted and excellent planner. Our guests and family also commented on excellent she was. Lucia’s attention to detail is incredible - there was no detail that she hadn’t considered or wasn’t on top of and it really showed. If you want a beautifully designed and stress-free wedding day you need to have Lucia involved. She is the best decision we made!

Kim was fantastic, I really wanted to celebrate my 40th in style but didn’t want the stress and pressure of organising a party. Kim was highly recommended by a friend and she didn’t disappoint. Kim arranged to come to my house a few days after first contact. She came up with some fantastic ideas and had some great suppliers to hand. Kim was very efficient and always contacted me to give updates on all the arrangements and so I felt relaxed and just excited to have a 40th celebration with my friends and family, as I knew that everything was in place and being looked after. I would say that I had one of the best nights of my life and everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves. The drink and food was flowing and we all had an absolute blast dancing the night away. The next big party will be my husbands 50th and I will certainly be contacting Kim for another stress free experience.

From day one, you have been so methodical and thoughtful to help us create exactly the day we were hoping for. Even on the windiest day of the year you remained calm and instantly helped us to put any fears at rest, allowing us to focus on spending time with each other and our guests. We genuinely can’t thank you enough for everything you have done for us – we almost want to do it all over so that we can work with you again!

From Four Gables perspective, it's definitely beneficial to have Kim to call upon for advice. Having worked with Kim over a number of years we know that her attention to detail delivers amazing events. Kim is creative and innovative but most of all she is great at “getting the job done” with no hassle and total ease. She is a pleasure to work with.

When I came up the with the plan of holding our wedding in our garden, little did I know how much I needed Dita’s logistical prowess! We hired Dita as an on-the-day coordinator but soon extended that to include her full team, as it was clear we needed more help! Dita and her whole team were amazing. Dita has the ability to quickly grasp the concept and just understand what you’re trying to achieve as well as focus on the little touches that really matter. On the day, Dita and her team smashed it! Navigating uncertain weather (and scenarios for every event - rain, sun, cold….), they quickly sprung into action whenever the weather changed! They also made the place look truly beautiful!! I could not rate Dita highly enough!

My partner and I recently got married in London and we hired Dita as our on the day coordinator. Dita made the wedding so much less stressful and she was completely supporting of our quirky ideas and helped us bring them to life. Something that we didnt experience speaking to other wedding experts. Dita's help and knowledge was invaluable and the staff she brought for the event were also so so lovely. We couldn’t speak highly of them enough. A lot of our friends and family complimented the staff saying how helpful and accommodating they were! After 3 years of procrastination, we finally decided to plan our wedding in London while living in the US. All we can say is thank goodness for Dita! She was an exceptional collaborator in how she worked with us to bring together a beautiful multicultural experience that spoke to our families’ traditions. It is thanks to Dita that we have such wonderful memories of our wedding day!

We hired lots of Ella’s items to bring our wedding vision to life and also asked her to coordinate our day at Grittenham Barn. We always say it’s the best money we spent, she set various items up for us, most notably the ceremony area, took a lovely video of everything that I cherish. We weren’t sure our venue would coordinate and didn’t think our best men and bridesmaids would do it so using Ella was just dreamy. She made everything perfect.

We booked Ella for both decor and on-the-day coordination at our wedding at Northbrook Park and we could not have been happier! She was absolutely brilliant through the whole process, accommodating our ever-changing ideas and helping us to source a few things that she didn’t stock. We met at her studio to choose decor and she really helped us to imagine how it might look on the day, making really good suggestions aligned to our style preferences. In the last few weeks before the wedding we met at the venue to do a full run-through of the day, which really helped to bring it to life in our minds. It was one of our favourite parts of the planning process. On the day, Ella did an amazing job of setting everything up so beautifully (I can’t believe she can do so much on her own!), remembering every tiny detail and making some last minute decisions where needed. The day ran so smoothly and that is entirely down to Ella’s organisation. She was on top of everything, keeping the day to schedule and letting us relax and enjoy it. We initially thought that we’d be able to manage without a coordinator but looking back we don’t know what we’d have done without Ella; we cannot recommend booking her enough.

Steve provided the music, lights and a photo mirror for a large black tie family event for us recently. He was 100% professional, delivered everything we ordered, on time to a fantastic standard. We had an age range 15-65 to celebrate an 18th birthday... the music was spot on - dancing all night with out cheesy call outs or encouragement. He seems to be able to read the room and just know what's right. As well this Steve helped out when there was an unexpected hiccup for another supplier - he mucked in, no fuss, no drama. we will definitely use Steve again and can't recommend highly enough. Thank you for making an important family occasion so memorable.

We used Surrey events hire for our wedding, Steve was the DJ along with his colleague and also provided the photo booth. The team was fabulous throughout, Steve played our pre arranged song requests as well as songs that he thought would be most appropriate and we were not disappointed! Our guests are still commenting on how good the DJ was and the songs that were played, they loved it! Steve was a joy to deal with from start to finish. We first met at a wedding fayre at Horsley Towers and that’s a great way to both meet your DJ and see what is on offer. He is so easy to talk to and good fun to boot. Our discussions helped us to focus on what music we wanted and even included various versions of the same song we loved and reprised throughout the day. Steve even coped with last minute changes including a sparkling dance floor and extra time to make our day special. On the day the music got everyone up dancing and even included a guess the tune section. Fantastic evening and a great company to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Surrey Event Services recently provided a fantastic DJ - Jeremy, for our wedding reception. He mixed the tracks seamlessly and we all spent hours happily dancing the night away! He was a lovely guy and set up and tided away very quickly and professionally.

A big thank you to Paul and Danielle. My daughter had her baby shower earlier this year and in typical form, she does not follow tradition. In this I mean that she is having a baby boy but she has not decorated the nursery in blue and nor did she want much of anything in blue moving forward. This set us a challenge for the baby shower. Her color theme is sage green, mustard yellow and burnt orange. Her best friend and I visited the shop a few weeks ago and Danielle was very helpful and came up with the nearest options they had available during these difficult times of stock shortages they are experiencing, they were almost spot on. We also came away with some cute green baby shower napkins for the cupcakes. We were offered a cup of tea by Paul whilst we had the discussion and were shown various examples and options. On collection last Friday, Paul was very helpful in getting them into the car and sending me on my way with advice on how to store them to ensure they would be at their best for the Sunday. I've used event planners several times before for balloons. Most recently last Saturday for my sons 4th birthday. Large blue 4 helium balloon and several clusters of multi coloured latex helium. Staff understood straight away what I wanted. Arrived at venue on time , very efficient, very friendly, nothing too much trouble. Excellent service, definitely recommend 👌👍🏼
