I found Paxton vets for my 2 bunny rabbits after moving from the USA to France to the UK. It is very hard to find experienced rabbit veterinarians (especially in a new country). But Paxton Vets treat them so well, with such gentle kindness and always listen intently to my concerns so I feel heard and understood. They are clearly knowledgeable with rabbits and I trust them. Whenever I have a question the vet herself gets back to me (same day) via email with the answers I need, suggestions, etc. It is clear customer and pet care are of top priority here at Paxton Vets (Gipsy Road) - many thanks!

Although the cat hates coming here, I don’t mind it. They give very good advice and are very helpful and accommodating of any issues we have. Bonus points for the ginger cat that sits in the office who knows how to shake paw

My first time at this vets and I was very pleased with the service and the vet “Anna” who dealt with my dogs tail in injury. I was nervous about changing from my old vets, but now I’m very confident and will be happy to return when needed. I highly recommend Paxton veterinary clinic gipsy road.

I have two cats and just recently added a puppy to our family Paxton Vets in Gypsy Hill is one of the most friendliest vets that I have ever encountered. The staff are lovely helpful understanding and would go the extra mile. They don’t only pay attention to you but also to your pet, they create a calm atmosphere so all my pets feel comfortable going to the vets

Great vet brilliant care and treatment of my pet. The vet was open and transparent regarding my pets health treatment and costs and was very approachable friendly and professional. They're been superb at putting my pet and me as her owner at ease and gave me confidence Lilly was in safe hands. They entirely removed any idea that they might in any way be treating for treating sake they only did what was needed and they did it well. I was highly impressed

The vet is excellent but outrageously expensive… The prices have gone up enormously and I don’t see how they can be justified… We took our dog in just for a brief 20’ check up cost £68.00

Really like this vets; very caring and professional staff - you don’t feel they are only in it for the money, which cannot be said for all veterinary surgeries at the moment unfortunately. Not especially cheap but good care and straight, honest communication about options and costs. And animal welfare clearly comes first.

This is one of the best vets we’ve visited. All the staff is amazing and helpful! We keep visiting them even after we moved from the area. Mateo is a great professional vet and it’s the doctor to whom we fully trust our little baby dog Lily. Lily loved him as well from the first time she has met him! Thank you for being such a nice and professional clinic and I hope it will be always like that 👏🏻👏🏻

This isn’t our usual vet - which is 150 miles away - but am now registered for when we are in London with our Tibetan, Ted. I am extremely glad we found such an excellent practice. Our 12 year old dog became ill suddenly and it was very worrying. Everyone I interacted with on the phone and at the practice was lovely & Jill, the vet was thorough and very reassuring. Thank you.

Thank you David for saving Ivy's life and acting so fast. Ivy had been spayed at a different vets in scunthorpe 5 days later she was very ill. David saved her life she needed further surgery for peritonitis and sepsis in the internal wound and abdomen. Had David not been such a good hands on vet with knowledge she wouldn't have made it. Thank you David for caring so much and saving ivy's life

Vets who truly care. We adopted our kitty through Mayhew, and needed help with examining her that the all-the-bells-and-whistles pet insurance we carefully chose refused to pay for. After hearing our story, the friendly staff at Mayhew saw to our beautiful fur-ball almost instantly, and did a proper check-up involving anesthesia and x-rays (among other things) completely free of charge, because of our situation. They are brilliant. ❤️

Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We took in a pregnant stray cat and easipetcare's team helped us at every step of the way. Any concerns or worries we had were expertly handled and explained, and they were more than happy to point us in the direction of other trusted vets when they were fully booked or closed. I absolutely love this place. You walk in and you are always greeted with a smile. No matter how worried you are about your pet or how bad your day was. The attention you get is lovely, vets are not judgemental and don’t try to just make money. Give you options. Listen to your worries. The only thing I wish, they had a finance plan. Sometimes the cost is so much more than you planned for. It would be so helpful. However, I will always go here. Thank you for caring not just about our pets but us crazy loving owners.

Our elderly chihuahua Willis has had a few old age health issues over the past year, and Andrew and his team always give honest and trustworthy advice, with professional treatment. A truly independent vet practice. The staff all go the extra mile to make sure your furry family member is given the best possible treatment and care. My insurance won’t cover my cats ear problem as she was a rescue cat and has had ear issues in the past. Andrew and his team made it possible for her to be treated without the need for second mortgage, which if we’d used one of the big multi-nationals would’ve been the case! Please support local independents or we’ll loose the option of choice!

Andrew and the team at Two by Two have been a core part of our pup Coco's life. From emergency overnight care to her month to month needs, we were welcomed in and incredibly well cared for. Coco was always keen to go and see Andrew and get cuddles from the team. No small feat for a vet to have a four legged fan who was always excited to visit:) We will never be able to thank you enough.

I have been taking my miniature poodle to the Two by Two Veterinary Centre for a few years now. My dog is 14 years of age so getting on a bit! I visited Two by Two Veterinary Centre before Christmas for a check up and booked in an operation to clean my dog's teeth as his teeth were really needing to be cleaned. The vet who did the procedure was Dr Andrew Monchar. The operation ended up being a very long procedure as my dog had to have quite a few extractions and it was far more complicated than first envisaged. When I went to pick my dog up after the procedure, Dr Monchar explained very clearly to me the complexity of the dental surgery. Two weeks later my dog is so much happier and brighter and the complex surgery was a total success. I cannot thank Dr Monchar enough for his expertise and kindness to both my dog and also to me too. I was a bit stressed about the procedure as my dog is elderly. The Nursing Team were also so welcoming and kind and nothing was too much trouble for them. Previously my dog had been seen by Dr Adam Frizzell for a check up etc and he too is a fabulous vet. Thank you very very much Dr Monchar for the complicated dental procedure that you performed on my dog and for looking after him so well. I cannot recommend Two by Two Veterinary Centre enough.

My roommate and I recently adopted two beautiful black kittens, as it turns out one boy and one girl (originally thought to be 2 boys). We immediately registered at Two by Two because of the good reviews and have had nothing but positive experiences. Everyone is so sweet and friendly and well organised, they’ve talked us through everything clearly and it’s well priced for what we get. We’re really happy with them and definitely recommend to anyone looking to take proper care of their pets!

I've nothing but praise and gratitude for the staff at The Vet Whetstone, who have all been brilliant since I first took my cat Samson there. This is especially the case since his diagnosis with diabetes nearly a year ago, with their guidance and ongoing advice being absolutely vital. There's always a friendly welcome and excellent care for a sometimes nervous cat (and a sometimes nervous owner). I can't recommend the practice more highly.

They've helped our elderly cat over the last couple of years and I'm very pleased with the service they provide. This isn't my usual branch of Village Vet, but I have been here before when my normal branch in St John's Wood was flooded. Had to bring my poorly cat Arthur here during the festive season as there were no appointments at our usual - and they were just as great as our regular vets. Friendly, honest and expert professional service. The vet was lovely and my cat was looked after with care and treated for a reasonable price. Fingers crossed, he seems to be back to his bright-eyed and bushy-tailed self now! Thanks so much to everyone at Village Vet Primrose Hill.
