Went to our Christmas party,food was great waitresses and waiters we're great. But I must state the manageress whom as supposed to have the best hospitality amongst them all needs to be taught a few manners very rude towards me,yes I might have been in the wrong but to be so rude was an understatement, our table and the next table all commented on it,other than her we had a good time.

Booked for my husbands 40th birthday meal. Food was amazing can't fault anything. Service very good. Will definitely be returning!

If organised chaos is possible Burntwood have it in spades. My wife and I went on 20th December for a silver service 3 course meal and a Motown show. It was like military precision, first a waitress with a notepad came to take you order, then after 5/10 minutes your starter arrived. Plates cleared away. The main meal came out, 7/8 waiters/waitresses arrived around the tables, with trays of meat and fish and vegs not forgetting the gravy. The food was plentiful and delicious, once eaten dishes cleared. The sweets and coffee were rolled out. This went on till all the 250 people in the room had been fed. A great experience I must say, the staff were incredible. After this it was time for the show, a three man group called Soul Station came on and gave a great selection of songs Motown and soul songs. They were very good and got the people up on the dance floor. A great night will definitely be coming again. Geoffrey and Eileen Harrison.
