Lovely meal. Shame some bar staff saw you at the bar with a card in your hand clearly wanting to buy a drink, yet continuing to chat to their colleague 🙄

Lovely welcoming place booked last minute food was lovely 3 courses £18.50 lovely choice too. Would recommend a visit.

Great service and helpful staff. We met for a family birthday and had the carvery. Everyone enjoyed it and would definitely go again.

This is a first class pub and restaurant situated in lovely countryside necabr to Greetland just south of Halifax. There is plenty of parking and opportunities to dine inside or outside. This is a dog friendly pub and the service from the staff was exceptional. There is an extensive menu and the food is absolutely first class. Well worth more visits.

Stayed here for the 2nd time and it was just as good as the first. On arrival the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and spacious with a lovely king size bed. The chef Chris was amazing with nothing to much trouble and is open to making things that are not on the menu. Breakfast again the quality of the ingredients was top rate. Would recommend to everyone and we will be back again. Thank you John and Sally for a wonderful stay

Popped in yesterday with friends and I have to say the food was beautiful. We had a very enjoyable day. The staff was so helpful, even the chef came out to ask if the food was nice. Definitely will be back. We should support out little country pubs so if you are.ever passing pop in. Dog friendly too. Thank you guys We will be back x

Lovely Anniversary weekend away at The Rushcart! The staff were so welcoming, cheerful and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean The bed was amazingly comfortable The evening meal and breakfast were absolutely delicious and so hot and tasty. The chef brought us some flowers at our Sunday morning breakfast which was so lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to come again!

Booked here for Christmas Day Dinner and glad we did. Food delicious, full of flavour and piping hot. Prompt service by friendly staff. Really good atmosphere with other diners who seemed to be enjoying too. Well done to the Chef, kitchen staff and front of house staff too. Highly recommended. !

Amazing setting this pub is down on the canal side with stunning views over the canal boats moored up and the old mill buildings all around. The pub has a great atmosphere inside. Typical pub menu food wise. More stodgy selection than healthy. But a great place with good surroundings and friendly helpful staff.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. Great food, great non-rushed service. Will point out that we had someone with a nut allergy and they are very open about not guaranteeing issues with cross contamination. Initially said couldn't serve said individual but chef did find a way and cooked a burger which was very good. Do think this should be highlighted on booking though! Because of the way it was handled zi will still give 5 stars.

Always fantastic. I’ve been here around 10 times in total now. I’ve sampled many items from the menu and every one has been superb. Staff are extremely friendly and do a great job of making sure you’re never out of a drink, whilst not being intrusive. Can’t recommend this place enough.
