The drinks are very expensive. The food was absolutely amazing & definitely worth it with 40% off. We had the £90 per head set menu & in all honesty there was too much food. Our dessert was changed as they’d run out of sticky toffee which is a bit disappointing given we dined at 5pm. Also we were given the same cutlery for each wave, which personally I’d have preferred new. Our waiter was great, explaining everything & was really knowledgable & friendly. Would definitely return while they have offers on or for a special occasion but probably not affordable for a general visit

My wife and I had the most wonderful experience at Tattu, between waiting for trains. We were served by Amber, who was attentive, diligent, warm and courteous. Any establishment is lucky to have her. She recommended the perfect amount of dishes and pairings for us both and guided us through the menu. As halal diners, the menu provides plenty of appropriate options - a stand out dish has to be the mushroom spring rolls. A must go for Leeds foodies.

Visited for the first time last Saturday. The decor inside is amazing, really beautiful place. We had booked a table online, however we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. I understand waiting 5-10 minutes, but 30 minutes was longer than expected. However on the plus side, we did manage to get a drink from the bar, which was really good. Bar staff have an excellent knowledge of drinks. We settled for the signature set menu. It was absolutely incredible, the tastes and flavours were superb. We were left to enjoy the food and felt that we were given enough time to enjoy the experience. I had ask the staff a couple times for a fork to use, however this never arrived but with it being a busy Saturday I understand things get forgotten. My partner and I really enjoyed the experience, we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

Great little venue. Burger in the attached pub was pretty good as well.

Had a fab first time at the wardrobe for Becky Hill late show. The staff were fantastic, prices reasonable and the organisation fab. The venue downstairs was a great little venue for gigs. I've seen many here over the years unable to make. Hopefully I'll get down again soon. Cheers Wardrobe!

Went here for a work do over Christmas time and it was lovely. The staff were so friendly and great to chat to. They were very attentive with food allergies and vegan/veggie options and clearly explained which was which (which was really helpful for the intoxicated group lol). The music was quite quiet and a bit so so but it was a great time with nice food and drinks and even better staff. Loved it.

Had dinner here before seeing Cate Canning in the venue below and it was genuinely the best burger I’ve had! Cocktails were also brilliant. The venue was also super cute and had a great sound system. Nothing to complain about. Super convenient having a restaurant in the venue for those travelling as we didn’t have to find anywhere else so saved us a bunch of time rushing around too.

What a gem of a place. We’ve been visiting Tharavadu for a number of years now. It’s been a while since our last visit due to circumstance but we managed to get there on Saturday afternoon with some friends for a long overdue catch up. My word, we were NOT disappointed! The menu since COVID has been reduced but that is certainly not a bad thing. I feel the team have concentrated on their core dishes and have made the menu so ‘understandable’. Better descriptions of food therefore making it easier to select the right dish and accompaniment . The food was absolutely amazing and I can’t wait to go back. i can wholly recommend the king prawns to start and the fish stew as a main, just superb. As always the service was excellent. Amazing good with such outstanding flavours. Creative presentation. Very professional way pf managing a very busy restaurant without fuss or delay but with complete calm. We were pressured unto buying an additional rice as the waitress thought we needed it and didn't listen to us but we didn't let it spoil the Amazing meal. We will definitely return next time we are in Leeds and would recommend this experience to anyone who loves good food

Outstanding place we are lucky to have to have such an amazing place in our city. I can't get over the beautiful building and how nice it is that it has been so beautifully restored. Came at lunch time today, the service was brilliant! Very attentive and professional yet friendly staff. The lady on the door with brown hair hosting who showed us to our table was super friendly. The food is amazing- I knew this place is good as I've heard a lot of good things about it from a few people. But it exceeded my expectations. The younger staff on the door on the way out seemed to be chatting amongst themselves and I didn't get a bye but that is me being ridiculously picky. Thankyou and can't wait to come back!

Wow! What a stunning interior, the place is beautiful and there's a great atmosphere in the restaurant. I'd heard a great deal about the restaurant before making our 1st trip. We walked in off the street around 6pm with no booking. Escorted upstairs to an empty floor, we were a bit dubois that we may have a bit of a quiet one?! It was Wednesday evening after all, but no.....within 60 mins the place was heaving. Our service was excellent, very attentive and professional. I did expect a slightly larger menu choice but this is certainly not a negative against that. However, I'm convinced I fell on a bad day. My rib eye was pretty bad, extremely sinuey and very very chewy, definitely a poor cut. The rest of the meal was great and we would go again but I'd expect the chef to inspect the quality of steaks before cooking. I probably only ended up eating half of my rib eye due to it being non edible. Don't let this put anyone off, I'm sure it's a 1 off as the restaurant does have an avid following!

Absolutely superb! Came for a quiet celebration meal and was not disappointed. Our server (Charlotte) was very attentive. The food was excellent (steak was little on the rare side of medium rare but that's how I like it). Pudding was nice and light after a very hearty meal. The cocktails were all delicious - excellent recommendation from Charlotte. We will be back!

The meat was so tender, full to the brim with succulent juices that set our tongues on fire with endless amounts of flavour. Placed alongside the beautiful vegetables that were cooked to hold the right amount of crunch and crisp, the dishes took the classic roast dinner to new heights.

If you’re looking for somewhere classy but casual, with a fantastic menu combining unique twists on classic brunch & lunch dishes with some European inspired flair, utilising local products and suppliers, with a quality coffee or cocktail on the side, then this would be a lovely choice. This dog-friendly venue has a concise menu that rotates seasonally incl. VE & V dishes. Drinks include specially crafted coffee & other hot drinks prepared by expert baristas. Their beer, wine & cocktail menu also offers a low/none-alcohol range. Fearn’s have a bar that’s open ’til late which hosts DJs every weekend, with outside seating and live music. I took a couple of friends for lunch one Saturday, here’s what we enjoyed (menu subject to change); Black bean & beet hummus, British halloumi, poached egg, toast + added streaky bacon – Loved this! It made a comforting, filling brunch. The bacon was lovely and crisp and the egg cooked perfectly. Lamb flatbread, leek, aubergine, yoghurt, pomegranate x 2 – both of my friends opted for this dish because and I am sure you’ll agree, it sounds so delicious; and it was! Salt & pepper chips – proper chunky chips with a bit of spice, lots of saltiness and a bit of a curry flavour; these were yummmyy Cocktails; Espresso Martinis, Spicy Mango Marg – bit like a mix of margarita and porn star martini & unexpectedly moreish & Rhubarb & Berry Fizz Chai Latte – a warming, sweet and autumnal drink, mmmm I couldn’t fault Fearns for anything during our visit. The sun was shining through the large windows, the drinks & food were super and it was a lovely setting to catch up with friends before going into Leeds for a few drinks. Would love to return to try their Sunday Roasts or their Baked Bean Curry with deep-fried tofu sounds fabulous. The aesthetic of this place is so lovely, warming and welcoming! We came here for a sunday roast and it was delicious 😋 I really enjoyed their seasonal veggies on the roast which made it special, highly recommend here! I also came here last year for Leeds light night and they had drinks and nibbles which were also super tasty! Fearns is a fab addition to the Leeds Dock 🤩

Having been regulars at Fearns since it opened, it was an easy decision to have our wedding reception here. The space is so beautifully presented, and the food is always fantastic. Has been for a long time our favourite roast in Leeds and it did not disappoint on our wedding day. Amazing choice, fantastic quality and always presented beautifully. Big shout out to the roast veggies which are always in plentiful supply and way more interesting than the gesture of veg you get elsewhere, and a special recognition to the bread and butter pudding which is just out of this world. Kasia, the events manager, has always welcomed us and made our wedding more wonderful that we could have ever hoped. Thanks to all the lovely staff too! We would have been back many times anyway but Fearns is now firmly one of our favourite places. THANK YOU!

We went yesterday evening, a party of 13. We ordered two lamb leg feasts which came with rice, potatoes, peppers, onions and gravy. It was tasty and enjoyed by everyone. I felt there could have been more potatoes. It was a limited special offer price of £49.99. I wouldn't pay the full price of £89, too pricey for what you get.

Enjoyed the atmosphere, staff were friendly & helpful. Great food, very authentic & just what we were looking for with a real depth to the flavours. We visited on a Saturday at 8pm without making a reservation & were seated within 10 minutes. Please note restaurant does not serve alcohol.

Mumtaz Leeds has been on my "to do" list for over 5 years. I wish I had visited sooner. Excellent experience all round. The location is very convenient and easily accessible from the motorway. Large free car park is very welcome after a 2 hour drive to get to the venue. The waterside location is very pretty in the day and really comes alive at night. We arrived at a reasonably busy time for the restaurant, but nevertheless were seated very quickly. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable in the menu items. The food arrived very quickly and was thoroughly enjoyed. This alone is enough reason to return. I hope it is not another 5 years before I do so.

Went here for an impromptu dinner recently and was blown away by the quality of the food. The nachos tasted homemade and were huge. The fresh bread was divine. The pie was perfect and the gravy was easily the best I have ever tasted. Has a few disappointing meals here before but they must have a new chef as this food was 5* quality at pub prices. Honestly amazing.

Popped in for a cheeky pint before dinner with my mate. The place has a good selection of local beer, good service and atmosphere. There are lots of rooms and it’s spacious.

I wish I'd taken a pic of all of the food because it was all top. This is "The Boss" burger... it was one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. The drinks were great (beautiful pint of Landlord), and the city centre prices were backed up by quality. The pub itself is beautiful. Gorgeous decor and a snug atmosphere with its smaller rooms. Never felt too crowded when it was busy, either - very well managed.

Not eaten in the Adelphi for a number of years as our last visit was nothing special. Decided to go today for a Sunday roast. They've really upped their game. Iced water brought to your table whilst browsing the menu. Ordered a lager from their huge drink range and a wine. Great service. Our lamb and nut roast dinners were brought out and we were asked if we wanted extra gravy which we said yes to. All in all a deliciously fresh tasty roast dinner with great service from Erin and the place is dog friendly!! Bonus meeting a lovely whippet ❤️

OMG we took our daughter and partner for lunch to Ciao Bella the food was fantastic. The lunch menu had a good selection and there were dairy free options which can be difficult to find. The waiters were very friendly and the restaurant decor was really nice. Really worth a visit you won't regret it.
