Amazing food and friendly people. Ordered the salmon platter and chicken karaage bao bun. Salmon was really fresh and fried chicken was super yummy. Will definitely come again!

It was a toss between Wagamama or a small local business - we chose SushiBox in Batley and they did not disappoint! We chose bao buns with fries (Katsu chicken and also pulled beef) and teriyaki salmon and rice. The rice was sticky and glorious - it all was lovely. My teenage daughters who are 💯 into anime were in heaven and want to go back.

Lovely staff always welcoming tastiest bubble tea locally reasonable price as well decent cup size. Just needs a thorough shake to mix the syrup. Not overly sweet either ideal if you want a refreshing drink highly recommended

Our first visit to Nowrooz and we grabbed a couple of chicken tikka kebabs and shawarma loaded chips. After we had placed our order we were offered their delicious Neesk (lentil soup) while we waited which was lovely. Such a welcoming gesture which is inherent in the islamic way of life and a tradition I love. While we waited some young boys came in with a limited amount of money to buy food. The guys serving were incredibly patient and helped the boys decide what would fit their budget. This was just super cute. The guys serving were so welcoming and polite and made us feel like family. I felt so at ease and can’t wait to go back with my friends and family next time. The food was delicious. We paid £32 for the three dishes and there was enough for 6 people to enjoy. The best part is that, without me even asking, they packed all the food elements up in separate tubs to take home so that the food wouldn’t end up soggy by the time we got back. The naan were soft, fresh and light. If you fancy a decent, healthy, freshly prepared kebab for your Friday night indulge then pop down to Nowrooz. There is good variety to choose from so there’s sure to be the perfect kebab waiting for you. We will definitely be back.

We visited for the first time for lunch, having heard a few good things about this restaurant. It's fair to say we were not disappointed! The lentil soup starter was a a firm 10/10 and the two main dishes that were ordered (chicken kebab and mixed shawarma were fresh and really tasty. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

The mixed grill was delicious. I’d get it again. I got a blue mojito it was very sour and not as sweet. But still good i finished everything. The staff are all so kind and the lentil soup was delicious as well. I would definitely come back.

Excellent food and very generous portion sizes. The lady who served me was very friendly, kind and helpful, especially when I told her to warm my Stir Fry Donner, as it was cold, not only did she warm it up but she also topped it up with some more Stir Fry Donner as it was freshly made again. Highly recommended!!

I have been to Mr. Ts Batley with my family and it was an amazing experience. A free and clean car parking and ambience was superb.quality food. Recommend everyone to try their scrumptious cuisine specially the stir fry donner

The staff here are absolutely lovely, providing exceptional service that really stands out. I ordered the donner in naan, which was prepared incredibly quickly and was filled with an abundance of delicious flavors. The quality and taste exceeded my expectations, making it one of the best I've had. Honestly, I can't comprehend where the negative reviews are coming from, they must be the work of a disheartened competitor trying to undermine this fantastic establishment. The overall experience was truly delightful, and I highly recommend giving it a try.

I dropped by this lovely set up on my way back from work and I wasn't disappointed. It's the same menu as the other branches, very easy parking right out front which beats the others! The staff were attentive and always at hand to help if needed. The starters were really nice, and reassuringly the steak was cooked how I liked it. We shared a dessert too which helped to finish off the meal perfectly! There are quite a few places in Batley now, reassuringly bison is doing a great job to compete. Definitely worth a visit

Bison Steakhouse is a fantastic find for anyone who loves a proper steak. The ribeye and fillet steaks were both spot on—juicy, tender, and cooked just right, letting the rich flavours of the meat shine through. You can tell they use quality ingredients and know exactly what they’re doing in the kitchen. The Angus burger was another standout, packed with flavour and so juicy it’s an absolute treat. The beef rib, although served as a starter, was melt-in-the-mouth tender. Paired with a creamy, comforting mash, it made for a perfect start to the meal. Everything tasted freshly prepared with care and attention. Bison Steakhouse is well worth a visit for anyone after a delicious, hearty meal.

My Mum and I visited the recently opened Bison Steakhouse in Batley in November, and boy were we seriously impressed by the food. For the size of the portion that you get, the food is good value for money and we had no complaints about that. There is a small free car park outside and a seating area both downstairs and upstairs. The only thing I would say is I am not sure the venue caters well for disabled people, my Mum walks with a stick and we were seated upstairs which was a little bit of a struggle as the restaurant upstairs was also very hot (maybe as I was invited for my blog they preferred me to be sat upstairs). The toilets are situated upstairs too, I am unsure if there was a disabled toilet downstairs. I didn’t take the chance to look and advise unfortunately, so it’s worth a check We enjoyed; Loaded Nachos (£9.99.) WOW 🤩 Literally loaded full of pulled lamb, chicken, cheese and covered, but not smothered, in tasty sauces & Jalapenos. We enjoyed them that much, we were nearly too full for our mains… Chicken Steaks & 2 sides (sweet potato fries & coleslaw) with Mushroom Sauce (£15.99). My Mum really enjoyed every part of this meal, especially the super crispy fries and creamy coleslaw. The chicken was nicely spiced and cooked. She even took a “doggy bag” home to enjoy the next day! Rib Eye (medium rare) with 2 sides (chips & onion rings) with peppercorn sauce (£29.99). I could eat this again as I write. My steak was cooked to absolute perfection. Melted in the mouth and so juicy. So many onion rings, which I love. Just an impressive meal. Bison also have restaurants in Leeds & Huddersfield AND offers a tantalising dessert menu, BUT we were just too full to have any more. Bison’s food is all Halal. The atmosphere is nice, it was just too hot in the restaurant on our visit which made it a little uncomfortable. This is the second time me and my husband visited Bison. Absolutely stunning food! 5* customer service from staff and a beautiful setting. This is the second time we were served by Noshaba who blew us away with her unbelievable service. She served us without us asking for anything. She truly goes above and beyond for customers. An asset to Bison.

Went for brunch and had loaded fries, mixed grill and French toast with pistachio sauce. Everything was amazing especially the French toast. Service was great by the 2 young ladies

Everything was absolutely amazing, customer service and staff and atmosphere and the food and bless the lovely staff and server I think his name was Shanda/Shadan so nice and kind everything was amazing I highly recommend this place it’s so cute and pink and tasty delicious food too!

My friends and I had a wonderful brunch at Sapphire, our server Naina was a delight, food tasted delicious and fresh, portions were huge, ans the service was quick! Loved the over all vibe of the cafe, definitely coming back next week!

Another five star ***** meal at Bangla Lounge, Birstall! Top quality food, service and ambience. You really cannot go wrong here - there is something for everyone and you can ask the chefs to cater for your heat tolerance! Try the Abdul Specials which may not be on the menu but are amongst the best curries I have ever had.

10/10 Authentic Bangladeshi Cuisine, Fish Balti, Duck Speciality and King Prawn Bhuna. Also the Daal was exceptionally tasty. Staff were attentive and friendly. Decor has privacy for comfortable dining. We came for our Anniversary, left with great memories, thank you.

Been coming to Bangla for over 6 years ! Honestly, hands down, the best quality curry I’ve ever had. Also excellent value for money. Whether it’s takeaway or eating in the restaurant the food and service is always amazing !

Absolutely brilliant food. Took me right back to my travels which I have greatly missed. Very friendly staff/ owner. The food was so good we went back after two hours to get a take away to bring home (first snack we ate in the car) Crab curry and dosa are a must get!!

Lovely food, great staff, brilliant value. It doesn’t look like much from the street, but venture inside to enjoy really tasty food. Ceylon Dosa serves first class Sri Lankan food, featuring dishes you won’t find in most high street curry places.

The sheff was very friendly, kind and approachable attitude. The food was delicious taste 😋. The service was very fast and warm hot. The food was light not heavy like for other restaurants. The curry wasn't oily, just a theak sauce which is very good and healthy. The portions are enough for one person can fill up. I recommend this place for those love eating and want to try different cuisine. The place was very clean and tidy. They have a wash hand ✋.

Visited Boo Batley for their opening over the weekend and thoroughly enjoyed my experience! We felt very welcomed and the boys helped us with what to have from their menu. We tried the K Chick, Chilli Cheese and the House fries and everything was amazing! Food was so so delicious and the service was even better! Defo recommend visiting Boo Batley.

Nice place. Good burgers. A bit on the small side but taste fantastic. Sauces were exotic. Could do with better seating though. Apart from that, top marks from all 5 of us.

Nice cosy setting and also nice simple design of the place. The burgers were really nice, what makes it are the sauces. I'd say if it wasn't for the sauce the burgers would have been less tasty. I'd suggest to have better flavoured breading and possible use some dipping sauce to make it more flavoursome. The chips we got were the crinkle ones and they were 100% on point, can't fault them at all. Overall great place but just needs a little attention to the flavour of the chicken and I think it would be a lot better. Include a dipping sauce for the chicken burger or "inject" some sauces inside the patty to make it different from other places. Baraka strawberry absolute beauty drink, definitely one of the best drinks I've had from any if the burger joints.

Nice food. Not alot of parking. I found the tables abit close together we had some random person constantly trying to talk to us whilst out with friends and listening to our conversations and trying to join in which was abit annoying. Food was lovely. Hardly had to wait. Prices are reasonable. Staff were friendly. High chair was provided.

Food was very good and a very nice atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food service was very fast on a Sunday afternoon. We had Starters, a Steak, two pasta dishes, and a pizza. All prepared very well and came around the same time minimal waiting time.
