We have used Andy for many years for a variety of jobs, from tap replacement to boiler installation. Would not hesitate to recommend him for any plumbing or heating job, big or small.

Andy has been our plumber for more than 10 years now. He has fitted two combi boilers for us now in the two houses we have lived in. He is very diligent and makes sure everything is perfect. We also trust him on his competitive pricing. Would wholly recommend him to others.

Andy is a great plumber and gas engineer that I have been using for almost a decade. From small to large jobs, he is happy to do it all. Andy has fixed leaking pipes in the loft, fitted kitchen and bathroom taps, as well as fitting and maintaining two boilers (in two different homes). He is courteous, professional, innovative (some of the problems that I have had with my older home have been somewhat challenging), and also very competitively priced. Having gone without hot water and heating for 48 hours thanks to a sprouting hot water cylinder, I contacted Julian who booked me in at short notice, and replaced the tank and ancilliary pipe work. Had to call Dan as we suddenly had no water and the plumber we normally use wasn’t available. He called back almost immediately then came round, investigated and sorted the problem really quickly. I phoned Dan on a Saturday when I had a water leak. Due to other commitments he couldn't visit, but he took the time time to talk me through how to fix myself. When I had a separate problem with the loo, he was the first person I called. He came around the same day and did an excellent job. Top bloke!

We needed new bathroom sink taps and didn't know where to start. Tap advised on retailers, gave us a link to their site which we explored and we found what we wanted. Tap went and bought them, came to our house and fitted them neatly and left absolutely no mess or rubbish behind. It was as if the fairies had been and all within a fortnight of our first enquiry. Brilliant.

I’ve recently had two separate plumbing issues (the joys of moving house include inheriting the previous owners bodge jobs) and TaP have attended in a timely fashion, fixed the problems quickly, professionally and have made sure that everything is 100% secure and sorted before leaving. Very happy with the work that Tap did to repair a leak in a very awkward place recently. They responded really quickly as it was a leak and also kept us informed when they were running slightly late on the day of the repair. They worked tidily and explained clearly what they needed to do. Will certainly use them again.

Our boiler stopped working and when I phoned Thomas at Tap he answered immediately and came out within a couple of hours. The spare part was ordered and our boiler was working again the next day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

We had a blocked drain so called Rescue Rod and within half a hour someone was with us. Christian was professional, knowledgeable and despite what he was there to do, he obviously enjoyed his job. He was very thorough and made sure the drains were unblocked and cleaned before he left.
