Heatfluence is the best company we've worked with for complete strip-out and installing new bathrooms (& we've done c.20). Kye has been responsive, ultra-professional, has listened to what we want and executed it brilliantly, turned up every day on time and worked solidly. We would recommend him absolutely. We love our new bathrooms, everything works perfectly, and we didn't even give him biscuits with his coffee. The best. We almost miss him.

Would wholeheartedly recommend. I moved into a new house, and needed what I thought was a small repair and boiler service - I ended up needing a full replacement. Craig was super responsive the whole time, kept me informed and the whole process was seamless. Even to my untrained eye - I can tell the work has been carried out to an exceptional standard. Since installation, Craig has helped me navigate using the system via text. Answering my (probably daft) questions quickly and thoroughly. I know I will be using Craig for all future services and any future plumbing issues, and will be recommending his services to everyone going forward too.

We had an emergency call out late Sunday evening, to our surprise but pleasure the engineer Craig still came at around 11pm. He managed to diagnose the fault but he needed to get us a new C/H pump. Returned on Monday after travelling a fair distance to locate the parts needed. He fitted the new parts, tested and checked all was OK. Brilliant job done by an engineer who actually cared about his work and customer satisfaction. He kept us informed of what was required and that he would stay until the job was done despite it getting late. Totally professional and considerate. I picked Steve because he was top of checkatrade. He is very quick at diagnosing and correcting problems. His charges are fair, transparent and combined with speed, excellent value for money. He is very straight talking and professional. Probably the best plumber I have come across in 25 years. The only problem- he is busy and you have to be prepared to wait for a slot.

Ken has done various plumbing work for me over the years, and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Most recently he installed a Wiser system in my house and it works amazingly. Takes the time to explain everything, is super-reliable, fair with his pricing, tidy in the way he works and clears up at the end of the job, understanding and really has the customer in mind throughout. I can recommend this company 100%. Kenny is a real expert at both plumbing and (complex) Wifi-based smart heating systems. He fixed my Genius Smart Heating system on two occasions now and got it working when no-one else could. He will go the extra mile for you and is very reasonably priced. HIGHLY recommend.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. He arrived on time, was courteous and listened to what was required. The work was carried out in a timely manner with no mess. 10 out of 10 and I will be using him for next year's service.

Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

I chose the coldest week of the year to book a new boiler, but PSP Plumbing & Bathrooms completed the job efficiently & as swiftly as possible. My existing plumbing threw up a couple of problems which were dealt with in a professional way with no inconvenience to me. My house is now lovely & warm. I took the opportunity to have a new shower head fitted too & I'm extremely pleased with it

Well what can I say, Malcolm was efficient, meticulous, courteous, polite and professional. He kept me fully informed as to when he was able to arrive and in the end arrived ahead of schedule which was brilliant. My old toilet needed to be replaced and Malcolm consulted with me every step of the way before doing anything, so that I was fully aware of the work involved and the potential cost. My old toilet had been installed before the floor tiles had been laid which meant some of the tiles potentially could have cracked as the old toilet base was removed. However Malcolm worked carefully and he successfully removed the toilet base without any tiles cracking. Very impressed! The old toilet base dimensions were unusual but after several phone calls Malcolm managed to source a new toilet which covered the hole left by the old toilet. The new toilet is fitted to such a high standard and looks far better than the one before in both design and quality. It is also fitted correctly on top of the floor tiles. What a huge, huge, huge improvement. I am so pleased to have found a plumber who I can highly recommend and I will definitely be using him again in the future should the need arise. I thoroughly recommend 'The Plumberman'. An efficient, prompt and very friendly service. I had a blocked/leaking bathroom sink waste pipe. I made contact just before the Bank Holiday and Malcolm kept me fully informed as to his availability and arrived exactly when he said he would just days later. Had a gas to heat pump conversion this week and Inafix was contracted for the install. Every one of their staff were reliable, trustworthy, professional, knowledgable, tidy and friendly. I didn’t know about this local company until this experience and can highly recommend them as a result. They made the daily household disruption for the project feel easy and organized, instead of stressful as I had anticipated. Really terrific bunch of installers!

Quick response when a gas pipe was cut through. A fast friendly service, and quickly made safe.. I also required a large radiator for my garden room and a water softner. Gentleman came out, discussed what I wanted, advised what would be best and items fitted within 2 weeks. Very friendly staff on the other end of the phone, when you ring, and always helpful.

Tom came to carry out an annual service on our one year old air source heat pump. He was polite, friendly and carried out the work in a professional manner. Tom was also able to give us advice and make adjustments to improve the efficiency of the heating system. We will certainly use Inafix again next year

Thank you Martin and Toby for helping us out on a Bank Holiday weekend! We woke up to find a leak coming from our water tank, and after calling Martin and explaining the issue, Toby was at my door within 20 mins (we live in the same place so that helps, but we also like to support local trades where we can). He found the issue quickly, and although we need parts to fully fix it, he did everything he could to pretty much stop the leak. He also explained everything really clearly, and Martin also followed up with a call. We will certainly be using Gas Tech in the future!

I'm surprised to see this negative review based on how I parked my work van as it is in a private space which the owner allows me to park. I always make sure to park in a designated space within the parking area. The space on the left next to where I parked my van is not an actual parking spot, but rather a pass through area meant for vehicle access. Vehicles are not supposed to park in that space since doing so blocks access for the residents who own those parking spaces. I always make every effort to park considerately within the designated privately owned spaces. Please feel free to contact me directly if you have any concerns I can put you in contact with the owner of the space I utilised correctly and a copy of the official parking layout by the land owner.

Martin and Toby serviced the boiler when my Dad moved into his new house, remedying leaks and solving an issue with the expansion vessel which was causing the system to lose pressure. This was all squeezed in and completed quickly and efficiently in the day before Martin was due to go off on holiday. They then fitted a Nest thermostat so replace the unfathomable programmer on the boiler and so the heating would function autonomously, knowing if dad was at home or not. Most recently Dad pulled on a radiator and caused a leak, which was resolved on the next working day. It is reassuring to have friendly, responsive people on hand. Great comms throughout.
