Mark has been extremely helpful and understanding on a number of occasions over the phone. We had previously been told by a cowboy company (unbeknownst to us at the time!) that we had thousands of pounds worth of damage and it was urgent we have it done as soon as possible. Phoned Canford Drains (a local company), who reassured us, that with the symptoms we were describing it doesn’t sound as bad as we first thought. Scott has come out to carry out a CCTV survey of our drains today. He has been excellent with showing us the footage, explaining thoroughly what issues there are, how severe / minor they are, and what can be done . This will then all be written up in a report for us along with the footage. (I think this is quite important - the other company didn’t offer us this). Honest and reliable company - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and will definitely be our first port of call with any further issues with ours or our families drains.

I'm currently renovating a property that has been empty for more than 2 years so felt it appropriate to have the drainage system checked & cleaned in preparation for my eventual occupation. To be honest, I didn't ring around for this service - based on previous reviews I only contacted Canford Drains. I haven't been disappointed. True to his word Mark fitted me in at the earliest opportunity. Darren & George did a great job making sense of my system, thoroughly & methodically cleaning everything out & allowing me the opportunity to view the images from the camera. Darren explained everything and put my mind at ease. All very professional. No hesitation in recommending the company.

Used this company on Saturday 4th January 2025. Had a major problem with our sinks and toilet not draining away. Needed some urgent help but was sceptical who to ring. After a few searches on Google I found Canford Drains who had overall amazing internet reviews. Called the owner who sent one of his operatives within 1 hour , I was kept informed of the arrival time constantly. The operative was professional , experienced and sorted the problem within less than an hour. Bearing in mind this was an emergency call out on a Saturday morning and all was sorted within 2 hours of me ringing the cost was very fair. No payment demanded , sent an invoice a few days later. I would recommend Canford Drains to anyone with a drainage issue. Thank you Canford Drains.

I've had Canford Drains over twice now - most recently to replace a section of subsided pipework. Fantastic service, brick driveway was put back like nothing has happened. One to keep in the contact list for whenever they are needed and shows why they are so highly rated locally.

Huw has done amazing work for us one early Saturday morning when we woke up to find a big leak. Felt like we were in good hands from the first communication. Proved equally trustworthy and skilled. Worked efficiently, attention to detail, left clean and tidy. Work was at the highest standards. Will keep him in our books and we would warmly recommend him to others.

An absolutel lifesaver! Rang me extremely quickly and was able to give advice over the phone that enabled me to get my heating back on! I have been messed around by two other companies who didn’t even ask the basic questions that Huw did. Huw managed to squeeze me in short notice at the end of the day to fix some leaky radiator valves. He turned up on time and cracked on straight away. He did a brilliant job at fixing the radiator valves and even went one step further and fixed some pipes that were installed badly by the previous owner. All in all a very reliable tradesman and charges a reasonable price. Highly recommended

Can highly recommend! Had quote for new ensuit last year but had to postpone till this year. Quote was almost identica....which is rare these days! Workmanship was incredible. Extremely clean worker. Very polite & respectful. Left him to do the work while we went away. He'd even cleaned the bedroom window sills & tidied up everything on our return! Tiler was excellent! All in all, I cannot recommend highly enough! We are extremely pleased with everything. You won't be disappointed I can assure you! A rare quality these days.

Having had an emergency leak in the garage ceiling, I can’t praise Adam, of AMH Plumbing, highly enough. Once again he has shown how competent and professional he is and a credit to his trade. It was a very awkward repair and I hope he puts the photos he took on his website!! If the SAS don’t recruit him for his perseverance to get to the leak, they are missing a trick. Luckily I had his number as he had already refurbished the en suite and bathroom and carried out a wonderful refit of the kitchen, basically on his own. What a reliable, honest star. Peter provided an excemplary level of service. Turning up as agreed, at a very busy time for him just before Christmas. He was able to fit a new circuit board, free up the pump, (saving the need for a costly replacement), and completed the boiler service. Thoroughly recommended.

Booked Peter for a boiler service and pressure switch change to my Glow-worm boiler. Pete was flexible with time and date for the service, as I live 80 miles from the property. I chose the coldest week of the year to book a new boiler, but PSP Plumbing & Bathrooms completed the job efficiently & as swiftly as possible. My existing plumbing threw up a couple of problems which were dealt with in a professional way with no inconvenience to me. My house is now lovely & warm. Central heating not working - Pete came out quickly and soon diagnosed the problem. Fitting a new pump to get the heating running again and then returning to fit a hew hot water tank as the old one was leaking. Great and timely service. Would definitely recommend.

Hot water tank leaking on a Friday evening, but Mike replied to our enquiry quickly, gave immediate reassurance and booked work to start on the Monday, completed by two very competent young guys, couldn't have been any more thorough and very polite. Amazing. Super quick message response and out next day to have a look at issue with our system (fitted by someone else) ... tbh our whole boiler and system was shockingly bad . Mark was ace! ... had a look , and arranged new boiler fitted following week...and sorted radiators. I have a warm house, and can finally have a hot bath ! Brilliant service, highly recommend!

Highly recommend Tolmans Heating. I moved in to a new home in August and needed to have a boiler serviced, which Mark did for us. Then we discovered there were problems with water and heating the home. Mark was brilliant and spent time sorting out the inherited problems we had. We have since used Mark, to change locations of radiators. We now have a toasty warm home, with hot water and a heating pump that no longer sounds like an aircraft taking off! 5 Stars all round, for work, timing & price.

He gave us a very detailed quotation after completeing a survey of what boiler and number and size of radiators required. We had three quotes for our combi boiler installation. All three were roughly the same price but Craig won on attitude and keenness to do a quality job and was the only heating engineer to take the time to check the water pressure before advising which boiler to have. The work was done to a high standard and within the timescale agreed. We will be using Craig to install a new bathroom next.

Craig took out and fully replaced my bathroom suite - it’s a tiny room and was quite a challenge to get all the suite but he did an amazing job. Followed that up with sorting out an old and clogged up heating system. On time, on budget and with great communication throughout. We had a great experience working with Craig. He came into our extension project late due to the fact we were let down by another plumber and worked extremely hard to ensure our underfloor heating and shower room were installed. He also installed a water softener and all plumbing for the utility room plus advised on a new pipe we needed to connect our plumbing to the road. Craig works really efficiently and came when he said he would , the quality of everything installed was excellent.
