Andrew is absolutely fantastic and really does go the extra mile. We were over run with wasps in the loft and coming out of spotlights and any opening they could find. Andrew went above and beyond to help and didn't give up until he located what was, a very difficult nest to find. He is polite, professional and efficient and certainly knows his stuff.
