We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time. I would highly recommend this service and would ask for Liam if I ever had need of the service again. Thank you

Had our 3 visits by Neil completed today - very knowledgeable and pointed out what we can do to proof our property and stop anything further. Very thorough and give us some piece of mind about everything, thank you! The company are also very good at being prompt and each visit was early in the day and we received calls both the day before to confirm and the day of when he was on the way.

Liam was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the issue with mice and was very thorough with his checks and work, reassuring me, and giving me piece of mind about the most humane way to deal with the issue. Nothing was too much trouble and I was reassured that I could call him anytime if I was worried about anything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone with the same issues.

Liam attended our property for his second visit. Again his customer care was excellent. He arrived within the timeframe specified. He explained everything he was doing and advised on next steps. Liam’s approach and advice enabled me to feel much more confident about something I’d been very anxious about. He again offered for me to contact him with anything I was worried about. Reassured me that there had been no further rodent activity but to call in the future should I have any concerns. Both Neil and Liam were also very kind to our new puppy which I appreciated.
