I contacted Sykes regarding two wasp nests. They came out within a few hours. They were very professional and knowledgeable and explained the entire process. The wasp nests were sorted out and I am very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend them.

Sykes pest control, both guys are very lovely, easy going and very respectful. Easy to talk to and get what they need to done. I had a mouse and rat problem they've helped a lot. Takes time so be patient as their is a process. You don't have to go through multiple people to speak with them on the phone to book unlike other companies. They answear when their available and always get back to you when they have a minute . They will try help as much as they can. Thanks guys. 😊

Rang on a Sunday morning hoping to get someone to deal with our squirrel in the loft problem, Antony answered straight away and gave us a quote over the phone and then arrived the following morning. Excellent, efficient service. Riddex pest control came out over the course of 3 weeks to stop the rat problem in my home and blocked up all potential entry points to prevent further problems. Being heavily pregnant I was too anxious to stay in my own home but riddex pest control really put me at ease and made me feel a lot more comfortable in my home. Very reasonable cost, will definitely use the company again in the future if needed!

We have been using Copley Pest Control for a few years now and have had a pleasant experience. They are reliable, and trustworthy, and very knowledgeable. The staff are happy to explain the details of the products they are using, and provide a full report after each visit. Most importantly, we have seen a massive improvement since using this provider.

On contacting this company a lovely gentleman called Andy called later in the day to see what our problem was. He was most thorough and explained everything we needed to know. After doing what was required on a first visit a follow up appointment was agreed. At time of writing, at least we know exactly what the issue is and happy in the knowledge that it is being dealt with swiftly and efficiently.

We were provided with and excellent service by Liam today. He called to let us know he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. The vehicle tracker was great so I knew exactly when he'd arrived. Liam was friendly, re-assuring and incredibly knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing in detail and told us what to expect to allay any concerns. He also offered onward customer advice at any time.
