Absolutely impressed with the service provided and genuinely couldn't have asked for a better service. We had an initial issue of mice running around and discovered we had quite a few holes around the house but managed to find the main hole the mice initially came in and out of. There was an initial consultation where the team had covered the holes but we found that the mice had been biting through the very next day which wasn't a problem because the team had come again, and sealed up the hole and surrounding areas, which was a great sign as the mice had died from eating the sealant used to cover the holes. The team had given us many tips for future-proofing such as traps to use, areas to keep an eye on and signs of mice droppings. Would 100% use the service again and ask for assistance as we've managed to get rid of our mice! Thanks again team!

Needed professionals to come and sort a mouse problem in domestic house- found Dyno-Pest through Google search. Customer service great from the phone call booking to the technician. Had rats in my maisonette due to a hole/leaky pipe in my neighbour's garden (which Mark identified). He was fantastic: not only getting rid of the rats as quickly and efficiently as possible, but giving me advice along the way that has been so helpful. Can't recommend him/them highly enough.

We used Craig and his team for a moth heat treatment. We had moths for years leaving holes in our sweaters and coats (despite having sticky traps). Craig and his team were professional and provided updates throughout the day. He made it an easy process for us. Due to us having a lot of clothing / items in our closets, Craig provided a free follow up treatment to ensure all of the larvae and moths were gone! His expertise and care to ensure the moths/larvae were eradicated was at a very high level. Craig is very knowledgeable about moths and how they operate. We highly recommend his services!

We had a horrible horrible time with bed bugs these last few months and were very difficult to get rid of. We constantly contacted the council and the bed bug problem never went away. We threw away a lot of our precious belongings and had a hard time trying to sort out the problem ourselves. Craig is incredibly kind and very professional, we no longer have a bed bug problem and Craig has even offered to double dose the house again just to make sure that the bed bug problem is no longer an issue. He answered all our questions and made sure that we would no longer have this issue. We highly recommend this company, the price may seem a little expensive for heat treatment but in the long run it'll save you from throwing out your furniture and constant unbearable itchiness. We are very satisfied with the experience and no longer have bed bugs. We highly recommend this company as only private treatments are the best option for extermination.

Superb job. We had a wasps nest that managed to make its way into the attic. We contacted EcoCare and they were very responsive and booked us in.
