Craig and his team are very professional, efficient and friendly. The situation created a lot of anxiety for us and Craig was very helpful and kind, keeping us updated through the process. The team even helped putting things back, which they really didn’t have to. Almost 3 months later, we are still bug free. Heat treatment was the radical solution we needed for bugs, and Craig and his team delivered a perfect service. We highly recommend them!

If you need heat treatment, this is the company you need to call. Sure there may be other great heat treatments available out there, but I cannot do justice with this review of how helpful Craig and the team were and continue to be! We had the heat treatment done around 2 weeks ago, I still get anxiety as any person who's encountered bed bugs would. Even when I have messaged Craig at 4am he's responded! You may find the heat treatment elsewhere but I can assure you, you won't find this level of customer service, genuine care and kindness. At every stage of the treatment, approx 7hours for my house, Craig sent me videos of what he was doing and how well the treatment was going. My parents wanted the curtains drawn and lights on and the back door locked before he left. He made sure everything was done to a standard beyond that which we asked, heating areas more than the standard requirement. I can not thank Craig and team for their genuine care, professionalism and compassion throughout this ordeal. Thank you from me and my family for making this nightmare bearable and eliminating all bed bugs for us.

We had a horrible horrible time with bed bugs these last few months and were very difficult to get rid of. We constantly contacted the council and the bed bug problem never went away. We threw away a lot of our precious belongings and had a hard time trying to sort out the problem ourselves. When we found this company on google in the beginning, we were sceptical, but this company has saved us thousands of pounds and hours of sleep. Craig is incredibly kind and very professional, we no longer have a bed bug problem and Craig has even offered to double dose the house again just to make sure that the bed bug problem is no longer an issue. We highly recommend this company, the price may seem a little expensive for heat treatment but in the long run it'll save you from throwing out your furniture and constant unbearable itchiness. We are very satisfied with the experience and no longer have bed bugs. We highly recommend this company as only private treatments are the best option for extermination.

Mohammed responded to my enquiry super quickly and was round the same day. He quickly identified where the rats were getting in and recommended a drains survey (he can’t do this himself). He laid bait which got shot of the current rats and the drains survey subsequently showed the issue which we then had dealt with. He follows up after 3 weeks to check all was ok. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again (but hopefully won’t have to!!!)

Mohammed was professional, on time and incredibly thorough (as one needs to be with eliminating rats!). He was also kind and made me feel comfortable when asking all sorts of questions. Finally, he was the only pest control that was available relatively last minute and very responsive. Highly recommend!

We saw a mouse running around about 4 weeks ago, Mohammed came over put down some bait and provided us with an extensive report with all the holes. He came back and filled the holes today and we haven't seen anything since. Great service, very knowledgeable and very thorough! Would recommend him to anyone.

Recently had a new ktichen rennovation work done on my home so this caused some infestation of mice in my home which I was not happy about. Called Biopest as I liked the information that was added on their webpage. The technician came & did a good inspection around my home & advised me on the best way to make my home proofed against future infestations. I was very happy with his advice & he also added further measures on points of my home where the problem was occurring. I had Environ pest control come out to rat proof my house. I have to say, since their visit which was more than 3 weeks ago, I haven't seen any signs of rats on my property! One of a kind service. He also recommend a rat blocker which I have had installed and will prevent future infestation. Environ were able to carry out works even when I was not in the premises.
