Dealing with pest is never fun nor enjoyable, but working with James sure turns things around. Excellent communication, punctuality, clear instructions and efficient actions are some of the things you can expect from him. James has been polite and came when expected. Addressed some outdoor holes to try and prevent mice coming in. He returned when he said he would, putting down more poison. He is due to come again as the rodent issue is still ongoing. Good communication and friendly.
