Contacted Wakefield Lock and Key as our door wouldn't lock around 6pm, I was told that they already had a couple of jobs but would get to us as soon as possible, they kept us updated as to when they would get to us. I can't recommend Terry enough the lock had broken and needed replacing and despite it being midnight he ensured all the locking parts were working correctly and lubricated before he left. Outstanding customer service, it's like having a new door.

Really great service from start to finish. I had no idea what I was asking for but the lad on the phone was helpful and made me an appointment. I had a locksmith called Terry come and change my lock, no pushy sales tactics but he was very informative about safety. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Called first thing in the morning regarding the lock on a door at the care home I work at sticking and not locking from the inside - the lady I spoke to who got me booked in was very polite and extremely helpful, was able to accommodate a timely call out - i was kept up to date regarding estimated time of arrival. Locksmith named Terry attended who was prompt, polite, and knowledgeable of trade. Works completed in less than half an hour and very reasonably priced. would definitely recommend and will use in future for all locksmith needs.

Had trouble with my French door the key was jammed and we couldn’t lock it . Called Wakefield Lock and key centre they were very friendly and helpful on the phone fitted in a time that suited me to attend the same day. Jim the Locksmith replaced the parts needed was very knowledgeable and friendly at a reasonable price, would highly recommend their services. Thanks again

Fantastic service after losing house key. Someone (sorry didn't catch his name) came out to us within fifteen minutes of calling at 10pm on a Saturday night and we were back in the house with a new lock very quickly. Fast, efficient and would definitely recommend.
