(next day was my choice, but they would have come within the hour) Friendly and professional and even conscientious about cleaning up the very small amount mess, recognising we had dogs and they didn't want them to get anything in their paws. I had an issue with a door wasn’t sure if it was the lock or the door mechanism. Rang on the off chance to see if they could come out. The did. Said would be there within 30mins indeed they were. They sorted the issue and all back to normal use. Very reasonably priced. Would use again.
