The lock on our french doors failed this morning meaning we had to cancel some plans for today. But we rang Stephen and he was at our house within a couple of hours. He found the problem and had sorted it almost before I had time to make him his cup of coffee! What a charming, knowledgeable man we have added him to our list of reliable tradesmen and will recommend him to all our friends. Arranged a date for work to be done and said I’d get a call when he was on the way. Got a call to say he was 10 mins away. Work done quickly and very helpful. The only reason I didn’t put 5 stars was the 10 mins notice. I had thought I’d get approx a 30-60 min heads up. Will definitely use again if needed and would recommend.
