Keymark Locksmiths have replaced the locks fitted in my new build after moving in. The locks supplied when I moved in to the property were only basic and now I have the highest level of lock security available on all my locks. I also asked the locksmith while he was here if there was anything to protect my French doors and he showed me the patlock which i went for too. I paid a fantastic price for my locks (much cheaper for the same product others were offering) and I genuinely don’t think you could beat the locksmiths workmanship, knowledge and experience. In regards to the extra patlock I purchased on the day - Keymark Locksmiths charged me less than I saw them available online for after the visit!

My door lock jammed and I couldn't get my key out of the door without it being in the locked position. Called Phill and he came out within a few hours. Advised the best solution and replaced the lock there and then with a high quality replacement. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again

Our front door developed a lock fault late at night. He answered messages immediately and was here first thing the next morning. And managed to fix it within half an hour without needing any new parts, and for a very reasonable price. Very impressive service. Highly recommended

Jason was super helpful in identifying the issue with a broken window lock. He came prepared with a replacement handle which he installed in no time at all. Absolute Locks provide an excellent service. Andy came out at very short notice. Staff are friendly, efficient and provide helpful customer service. Windows were boarded up straight away. Andy gave us some helpful and professional advice. He ordered and fitted a new replacement window within less than 10 days. My car keys got lost at a funeral, unfortunately the person who came to re code my keys absolutely ruined the board which you connect the keys too, then after that my car repeatedly kept breaking and not starting. Pin point saved us and provided us with two new keys and a fully working reliable board. Highly recommend, trust worthy, efficient and came as soon as he could. Roger went above and beyond to help with a window lock issue, there were access issues, rusted and seized screws and parts which made repairing the window extremely difficult but Roger kept going and figured out how to resolve the problem where others would have just given up. The lock is fully repaired a d we're able to open and close the window without issues. A fantastic tradesman who is an expert in his field! Would absolutely recommend Roger...... thank you so much.

Amazing! Contacted him and within 24 hours he came out and didn’t charge us for changing the handle from the outside so we were able to get in and out of the back garden. As soon as the new handle arrived he came the same day and fitted it for us. Absolutely brilliant service and such a kind and respectful man could not recommend Roger enough!
