When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. The block was dotted in no time and a full explanation was given has to how I register the new keys and how the warranty worked. I received my receipt before he left and we have had no issues since. David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. He gave advice on basic security, and didn't try to up sell at all. Also as a bonus, told me about his love of fast cars / bikes. A real genuine guy, and I'd happily recommend to anyone!!

Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

Locked my keys in my boot. After a catalogue of problems with RAC lasting 5 hours ending in an exorbitantly expensive quote from their partner auto locksmith, I eventually made my own arrangements. The Leeds Locksmith came out, only taking about an hour to get to me at Ilkely Moor, and didn't take long to get into my car. Really friendly service - even lent me a hoodie while he worked as it was a bit nippy. They charge 60% less than the quote RAC arranged! Couldn't be happier.

Great service, got a bit confused but the guy was really helpful

Went in to get a key cut this morning and was expecting to need to leave it off and come back. The key was taken off me straight away and cut within about 2 minutes- also only £8! Super convenient and lovely little space with lots of great services.

Cut a new key for me in 2 minutes for a tenner- excellent stuff. Had taken the same key to the timpsons by Tesco in Roundhay and the lady said she couldn't do it
