Locked my keys in my boot. After a catalogue of problems with RAC lasting 5 hours ending in an exorbitantly expensive quote from their partner auto locksmith, I eventually made my own arrangements. The Leeds Locksmith came out, only taking about an hour to get to me at Ilkely Moor, and didn't take long to get into my car. Really friendly service - even lent me a hoodie while he worked as it was a bit nippy. They charge 60% less than the quote RAC arranged! Couldn't be happier.

When I contacted Secure Solution Locksmiths, I spoken with Gareth who responded straight away. He gave me 2 options of luck and explained the differences. Within minutes we had arranged a date and time for the be lock to be fitted. Gareth arrived on time, was efficient and friendly. The block was dotted in no time and a full explanation was given has to how I register the new keys and how the warranty worked. I received my receipt before he left and we have had no issues since. Fast, responsive, efficient and good value for money. Also got 5 new keys. Great company and great service from Gareth.

Can speak highly enough of this place. Locked up our bikes outside the Hyde Park Cinema opposite only to find that we had left the key at home. Went across the road to New Pin, and they had it sorted out by the time the film finished. Great service and at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. I contacted Homes Secured to assist me with a failed locking mechanism on my front door that left me locked out. Lian and his team arrived swiftly and gained access to the house. Andy responded quickly to our message and arrived when he said he would on Sunday to try to fix our door. Due to age and trickiness (we have had a few people to tend to it over the years)he had to return today. He arrived at the time he said he would and persevered patiently with our tricky door, replacing the lock mechanism and working on the door so that it opens better now than when it was first fitted a good few years ago. He was polite, profressional and clearly had a lot of knowledge. I definitely recommend him.

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.
