Steve did a lock change and serviced the internal mechanism. Arrived promptly, very knowledgeable and worked on the mechanism until he was happy that it was working as it should. Great service, even cleaned the door up. Would definitely use again, if I needed to.

Stephen came to fix my lock on my door and window today. He was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues promptly. He even gave the windows a good clean down after which is one less job for me to do! I'll be using Stephen again in the future.
