Terry arrived on time and attended to the broken lock very efficiently. He even looked at my other door which was sticking and adjusted that so both doors now open/close smoothly and easily. Terry had a lovely, friendly and helpful manner. Very impressed, thank you!

I called them on Thursday afternoon and they came out on the same day, evening time. Terry came out and fixed the problem. Very nice knowledgeable man. Excellent customer service and a fair price.
