I rang this lad after dealing with a company who sent 2 locksmiths over who took an hour to come over and couldn’t open my boot. This guy came over in 20 minutes, opened my boot in about 2 minutes and I got my keys back. Very friendly and efficient, and offered me the cheapest quote out of everyone i spoke to. Gave him a well earned £10 tip as well. Couldn’t recommend enough.

I called this guy to try and sort a new key for my van and he was quick to answer and give a very reasonable price for the type of key I needed. Tony has just fitted an additional door lock to our flat so that we can satisfy the requirements of the contents insurance. He was also able to change the barrel of the original lock so that one key fits both locks. He was really efficient: very neat and clean and a pleasant chap too. Very reasonable price and cheaper to get the additional lock fitted than pay for a more expensive insurance policy- win, win.

Tony came initially to look at the runners on my patio door. He gave them a good clean, which improved things, but we decided to have them replaced. He returned today to fit the new runners and door is now running perfect, and adjusted the lock too. He also looked at and replaced a wobbly door handle for my mother in law whilst he was here. never too much from the staff, took in an old vehicle multi lock, they sent away and repaired as new, AND, fitted some new parts and didnt charge for all of it, I go to gateshead Tesco branch, very much with a visit, highly recommended.
