Absolutely fantastic service !! Locked my car keys in the boot of my car at 12am in castleford called Dave and he made a 30/40min trip to try and help us. Very professional tried to gain access to the car, unfortunately due to it being a modern car it needed a different tool. Booked a hotel by 10am the next morning Dave made the trip again with the tool needed to gain access to the vehicle. Can not fault this man on he's professionalism, customer service and most importantly skill. 10/10

David was simply amazing, fitted four new locks to all my exterior doors, quick, easy to arrange, all done and dusted on the same day. He gave advice on basic security, and didn't try to up sell at all. Also as a bonus, told me about his love of fast cars / bikes. A real genuine guy, and I'd happily recommend to anyone!!

Thank you so much for coming out so quickly and so late. Our dogs loved Dave who didn't mind a helping paw or two. Our lock had worn and the whole system had gone, and Dave calmly got us back safe and secure. Fair price too. So pleased we chose Dave. Thank you, will definately use again and recommend 😊

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.

Radu was prompt, polite and conscientious. As a woman I felt safe, plus he is great with dogs. Changed our broken lock quickly, without fuss. I am repeat customer (a different door - his work is great!) and would recommend to anyone. Reasonably and fairly priced.

May be the best locksmith in Leeds! Called Radu for an emergency were the tenants couldn't unlock the door, and they were trapped inside. He arrived within 10 min and sorted the issue very quick at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

The fitter arrived on time and introduced himself. I explained the issues in full and he set to work , reprogramming a new key card and cutting a new physical key. 45 minutes later, all work was completed and tested satisfactorily. First class work by Danny, who also left his business card, well done , I was pleased with the work.

Excellent service, very professional and quick to install a new door handle and realign the door. Once finished, the door sounded much softer and even physically closing/locking was much softer and we will be oiling our door much more frequently now thanks to Mark's advice! Website is also very comprehensive if there's any questions on what you might need. If you're struggling to pick between locksmiths - pick Mark!
