Radu was prompt, polite and conscientious. As a woman I felt safe, plus he is great with dogs. Changed our broken lock quickly, without fuss. I am repeat customer (a different door - his work is great!) and would recommend to anyone. Reasonably and fairly priced.

Radu was recommended to me by a friend, he was quick to respond to my message, correctly diagnosed the issue from my description and offered to come within half hour but it was late at night and would have disturbed the house. He arrived at the agreed time in the morning and quickly gained entry and replaced the broken mechanism at a very reasonable price. From arrival to replacing the lock was just over 30 minutes. This is something I didn't have the tools for nor the knowledge to do myself. He's very friendly, professional and I absolutely recommend him based on this experience.
