Patio door was locked and key turning completely round, locksmith found the mechanism had broken, he managed to remove the barrel and after patiently working at it unlock the door to replace the unit. First class service, and I thought the charges were really reasonable. I would highly recommend.

I came to this shop with an unconventional issue involving my car keys, the cutting technician gave great advice which cost me nothing to resolve the problem short term while ordering parts with no garentee I'd even be back, as soon as the part where in called me straight back and fixed the larger problem saving me at least £150 quoted by other lock smiths and offered me further service again a fraction of the price from other providers, already recommended him to my colleges with similar problems and will absolutely be back, massive thank you to Ben!

Excellent service! They were easy to talk to & came out very quickly. The existing door handle at our fireplace showroom snapped off. Access Lock & Key Service came out straight away to double-check what was needed. The next day they supplied & fitted a high-quality door handle which is strong & sturdy, far better than we have ever had before. Their invoice was also half of what we expected to pay for such a nice looking shop handle. We absolutely recommend these guys.
