Very happy that I called Warren. I phoned at 2pm and he was with me by 2.30. I have a very solid expensive composite door and the cylinder lock just kept turning. Rather than risk damaging the front door he gained access by drilling out the rear garden door. Then he replaced the faulty front door lock and the garden door lock. Good quick efficient service. Thank you so much. I got Warren's number through a recommendation. Called and told him how I locked myself out of the house. Gave a time I will be at home and he agreed to work with that time. He came early (Sweettt). My front door is new so we decided on the back. He did his thang even though my back door had the key in. Few minutes and he was done. The door doesn't even show sign of drilling and all. The relief to be indoors from the biting cold was refreshing. I absolutely will recommend. What a great Guy. I had a problem with a conservatory glazing and a gutter between it and the house. Lee turned up on time, gave me a timeline for all bits of the work, completed them on time and was clean and polite. Oh, and did a good job! Excellent service, very pleased. I was having a nightmare getting copies of my master keys, I tried various key cutting companies and it didn’t work. This meant multiple trips back and forth for a year until I found this company. I got them to change my lock and create copies of the keys. This was done efficiently and customer service was excellent. I am finally able to give copies of keys to my lodgers. It was really becoming difficult after multiple shops couldn’t cut the key right. Went into the shop today and the man was very helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else to have keys cut. Since i have been using this company for a few years now. I had an excellent experience with Paul and his apprentice, Wojtek, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were polite, prompt, and patient throughout the entire process. Despite the challenging situation of a drilled barrel lock on our patio door (so no where to put a key and unlock the door), Paul's expertise shone through as he as carefully dismantled the lock, opened the door, and installed a new lock. He even went the extra mile to lift the patio doors so the locks aligned perfectly. Paul’s rates were very reasonable, and I was impressed with how quickly Paul was able to respond to our call. I had a great experience with Paul from Lockfast. I accidentally snapped my key in my bedroom door, but fortunately Paul came to the rescue. He first gave me a great tip over the phone not to close the door, or else I'd lock myself out. He showed up prepared after I sent him some photos of the lock, and even though it was a tough job because my lock and handles are pretty old, he managed to fix it in just a few minutes. He also cut me a new key from the broken one since I didn’t have a spare. Plus, he fixed another door that I couldn’t lock properly, which was making me feel unsafe at home. Paul was super polite and kept me updated throughout the whole process, which really put me at ease. What really stands out about Paul and the Lockfast team is how reliable and quick they are, not to mention their reasonable prices. We’ve just moved into a new home and wanted our front door locks replace so we wanted a local locksmith and we found A Short locksmith who was brilliant from the start sent a email saying what we wanted and got a reply straight away. A young gentleman came out unfortunately I didn’t catch a name but he done a fantastic job and he was very quick and gave advise on our locking system which was very interesting. Extremely friendly and helpful chap on the phone who was able to book me in for the same week to attend to a door that wouldn’t lock. Mikey, the chap that did the call out was equally friendly, and was courteous and efficient in his work. He pulled the lock apart and found a wayward screw jammed in the mechanism, fixed it, and put everything back together in the time it took me to fold a load of laundry. He also did a tune up of the other door we had which was working fine, but is now even better. I would not hesitate to use him again, though I hope I will not need to!

Harry was amazing. I phoned in the evening to ask if Cutting Edge Locksmith could fix my UPVC front door not locking (which is obviously an emergency matter), and he arrived within an astonishing 20 minutes. Then fixed the issue promptly, too - at a very fair price it must be said. I’m a delighted customer, and genuinely highly recommend him.

5 star service from Harry at Cutting Edge. Arrived the morning after we moved in to change 4 locks. Plus he was able to sort out a French door that we just could not get open. He charged a total of £140 including labour and he was with us for about 90 minutes. He returned a few days later to fix the seal on one of our windows that was letting in draught and traffic noise. Harry is a great young business owner and he has our full recommendation 👍👍

My keys went missing at the weekend and it was the only key I had for a W204 C Class Mercedes. Main Dealer price for replacement key was way over Kent Auto Keys and they expected me to get the car to them. A2 Car Keys - as a company, I honestly cannot recommend Mark highly enough. What a really genuine, decent and friendly guy! My elderly father has a 2010 VW Golf that one of the keys was very worn and stopped working. After reading the reviews of A2 Car Keys online I contacted Mark to book him to assemble a replacement key. My father shortly after, decided he'd like to arrange a new set of two keys for his car instead of just the one. Mark was prompt, turning up on the same afternoon we called him. Nothing was too much to ask - and he also advised on an option of two key types - one being a much better build/improved quality of car key as a replacement. We went with the improved quality keys and arranged two replacement for his Golf. Mark built them, programmed them, and also coded the original key to match in with the new ones too. The price of the work was really really reasonable. If any of you require car keys - as reiterated at the start of this review....I cannot recommend Mark highly enough! You wont be disappointed. Thank you once again Mark - everything was very much appreciated.
