Recently had a major problem with a very complicated and expensive lock and door system. On contacting Billy, who was on the school run, he advised me what to do whilst I awaited his arrival. He arrived quickly and after taking a long time to carefully dismantle the door locking system and replacing a temporary lock, so our home remained secured. He took the damaged parts away, returning quickly and refitted the complex system efficiently and quickly. Billy then serviced our back door which had a similar system, in order to maintain our security and avoid a similar future situation. I was pleasantly shocked at the price quoted as it came a long way below what I was expecting. A truly professional Master Locksmith, efficient, helpful and polite - as the price was so low he will be highly recommended to our many landlord friends who need a quality service at a very reasonable price. I am very grateful for the fast and high-quality work. My English is very weak and I was afraid of misunderstanding, but this wonderful person patiently and slowly explained to me and tried to understand me, for which I am especially grateful to him. A very nice person came and solved my problem with the door. The lock was replaced in several stages, but my house remained safe. I am very pleased with the fast and high-quality service.

Billy was polite, extremely helpful when I called and arrived in an hour as promised. He informed and showed me what was the problem and fitted a new cylinder and spring, and wiped the door clean of oil smear. The price was great as I was stressing it would be a fortune. Fantastic Service from start to finish. Messaged Billy regarding our patio door/lock being broken as well as our front door sticking, he provide an estimate for the jobs, which were reasonable and booked us in shortly after. The work he and his colleague provided was great. They got to work quickly fixing both issues with no hassle at all and did a fab job cleaning up. Will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house. We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. Managed to get locked out of my house on a Saturday morning. Lee came very quickly (within 30 mins of calling) to come and replace the lock. He was a really nice guy and did a great job of removing the lock without damaging the door. Reasonable price for such short notice! New lock came with 5 new keys too. All in all, great service! After having keys ‘go missing’ from the house was quite unsure on who to go to in regards to changing the locks , I shopped around 5/6 company’s and after speaking to mark I told him the budget he offered the cheapest around making sure not to skint me too , sent my address (Marple) turned up within half an hour on a BANK HOLIDAY too two locks changed 5 keys for each took around an hour from what was a quite stressful ordeal to one of the best interactions I’ve had with any company , Absolutely Superb , cannot praise this guy enough and you can tell it’s something he is proud of and 100% should be absolutely Fantastic! - here within the hour -cheapest quote - pleasant experience -on a bank holiday Monday -plenty of spares and a year guarantee -easy payment cash / Card /transfer USE THIS BUSINESS 👍

I contacted Jordan because I had lost my front door key. He was able to pick the back door lock, allowing me to enter the property and get the back door key inside. It was icy temperatures and my cat was waiting impatiently inside for his food and medication. I was very grateful that Jordan arrived so quickly and worked so efficiently. I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. His communication prior to booking his services was impeccable and from making the booking via text he quickly confirmed a date and time and was punctual arriving exactly when he said he would. The workmanship was excellent and he got the door working in no time at all replacing the handle and making all the necessary adjustments to a very warped door.
