Had Steve out to do two hook type deadlocks and an anti peel bracket on my new to me work van From the 1st phone call Steve gave an excellent impression, giving sound advice and a no pressure quote for the work I wanted doing Turned up exactly when he said he would, the locks he used were of a very high quality, he spent all day doing the job which others might have rushed through in a few hours he went the extra mile making sure all the exposed metal surfaces were fully rust proofed and painted I'm plumber who has been told of numerous customers I'm very meticulous in my own work so I'm not an easy person to impress but Steve managed it easily Keep him topped up with coffee's and biscuits and he will do you an exceptional quality job Given the quality of the locks and other materials he uses plus his attention to the details his price was also very reasonable compared to some other quotes I received If you need a locksmith Steve is your guy i won't use anyone else in the future Thanks again Steve it was really nice a genuine all around nice guy

What a chap this guy is, not only did he come to us quickly, he went above and beyond at no extra cost, the car door was broke and he still got us acces to the car super fast. Couldn't belive it when for the second time in a day we were locked out of the car again. This guy come back to us and never charged us for getting us back into the car. Such a nice genuine man. Clearly very good at what he does and clearly a top guy with great customer service. Can't thank him enough
