I had two pairs of boots heeled and resoled and was extremely satisfied with the overall results. The staff offer great friendly service. They are very knowledgeable and take extremely good care of their customers. As soon as my boots were ready they rang me to advise me. Parking is great and I was in and out with no fuss.
