I phoned Locks that last yesterday afternoon to request a lock change on my side door. Phill came the same evening & changed my old lock with a high security lock. Very quick & efficient service, reasonably priced & will definitely use again if the need arises. I would 100% recommend,

Our front door developed a lock fault late at night. He answered messages immediately and was here first thing the next morning. And managed to fix it within half an hour without needing any new parts, and for a very reasonable price. Very impressive service. Highly recommended

My car key broke just a few days before Christmas, I rang and Phill was with me within the hour! Such a lovely guy and now have a working car key along with a spare too! Very good prices, would 100% use again :)

My door lock jammed and I couldn't get my key out of the door without it being in the locked position. Called Phill and he came out within a few hours. Advised the best solution and replaced the lock there and then with a high quality replacement. Very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely use again

absolutely brilliant service and very good price,I had recovery out first and they had no luck with my car but Phil got my car unlocked from it being deadlocked within half hour highly recommend him
