Andy delivered a prompt and efficient service on three occasions and fitted excellent quality locks. He also advised, supplied and fitted additional security items.

We had Andy from 999 out to fit Deadlocks on 2 of our vans . We had been let down twice before getting Andy recommended. He was very professional, very reliable and most importantly VERY reasonably priced. All in all flawless service. Since we had the Vans done I have also used 999 for a dodgy lock on my back door at home and replacement locks on our office . Look no further for any lock issues than Andy@999 😁😁😁

My patio door handle broke, leaving me unable to open it. Andy came round the day I called, and managed to get the door open, without damaging it, and replaced the mechanism. Would highly recommend this company, Steve came out at short notice on a Sunday morning as I was trapped in my flat, the lock & mechanism had gone on my front door which wouldn’t open. He was polite, professional and explained what had broken & what & why it needed replacing.

Nick from Dr Lock, "Amazing Lock Repair" Nick did an amazing job, he changed my main lock as it had broken, he even managed to fix a key that was broken on my Yale lock (which I hadn’t used for years), he was very efficient in cutting a new key and restoring that additional lock, which adds that additional security to my house. We were unable to lock our front door but fortunately found Nick online. He abandoned his dog walk for us and arrived within 45 mins. We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us. He was really quick at fixing them especially the ones that needed new hinges and providing helpful information in regards to maintaining the windows afterwards. Came to replace lock on bedroom door. Unfortunately poor quality lock had been installed previously (not by Matt) which did cause some issues but Matt took the time to fix this issue which wasn't straight forward. Can't fault his work, turned up on time on both visits and was polite and professional. Highly recommended him as a locksmith and will certainly use again if I should ever need his services again.

Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

I would highly recommend Brad at Car Key Group. I’d been trying to resolve the issue with my spare car key (with keyless remote) for several weeks. It has initially worked then stopped & even a battery change didn’t help. We tried several other car key companies, to get advice & a quote, including the dealership who we bought the car from.
