Had a nightmare with my porch door handle fell off / locked me out etc I got recommended a local locksmith called Ben and gave him a call Long story short He arrived within 30 minutes explained the problem and what caused it to break etc Provided a new lock and handle and fitted on site and re aligned my door fast and accurate and feels like a new door Couldn’t ask for a better locksmith Kind/polite/friendly very knowledgeable Would 100% be recommending if anyone has similar problems Can’t thank him enough cheers Ben 👍

Brilliant response time to a ‘locked myself out’ distress call. Whilst I was extremely stressed (had to leave him to pick my dog up from the groomers) he stayed calm and working. All sorted via drilling old lock and fitting a new one, within an hour: perfect!

Jordan was brilliant, we rang him on a Sunday afternoon after accidentally locking ourselves out and he was round within 20 minutes and got us back inside almost immediately and also sorted us x 2 spare keys too. Excellent, effective, efficient fitting of a garage defender lock. The locksmith also came up with a fix for the garage door's open and close mechanism, so now it works properly. Friendly and trustworthy. Highly recommended.

We used Adam because of a sticky back door that jammed when opening it. Adam assured us there wasn’t a problem with the locks it was the fact the doors weren’t aligned correctly. He quickly rectified the issue great work!! Highly recommend

When he arrived, I then took him round the property to make some further safety feature upgrades, which he did without hesitation and did them all to a spiffing standard! What a great service! My front door lock was broken. Phoned up Authorised Access asking for assistance and was guided through some fault finding actions by Dave over the phone. As a result I avoided a call out charge and with Daves guidance was able to remove the faulty lock and take it into their shop for a replacement. It would have been easier and more profitable for them to have sent a locksmith (and they would have done had i struggled) but some good old fashioned customer service, free advice meant a saving of over £100. Thank you Dave at Authorised Access, top job 👍

Great guy, got in touch, explained my situation. He confidently said he would be able to help me when others i phoned sounded unsure. He was 40 minutes away. Turned up bang on time. Solved the problem and i drove away happy. Would definitely use again. Very reasonably priced compared to others around. Had a good laugh and joke while he was fixing the problem.

Really excellent communication through both the website and over the phone. Was able to organise a flexible plan and quotes straight away as I was unsure what the situation with my car would be. Can’t recommend enough! Came to help at really short notice, whilst the weather was freezing and roads covered in snow, after my elderly mother had locked her car keys inside her car (with the engine running). I called Damon after the lock on my front door started sticking. He came out the same day at a time convenient to me, quickly assessed the situation and even took the time to explain what the problem was. He arranged to come back the following day and sent me various options with clear pricing. On the day of fitting he arrived promptly, was tidy and got the job done within half an hour. He was polite and friendly and even offered to fit new handles for free if I decided to purchase some in the future. All in all I would highly recommend Damon and wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

I certainly recommend Lockforce locksmiths. I have called them out twice now and both times Damon has replaced locks for me on the front door and on an interior door where the lock had broken completely. He is very efficient, knowledgeable and friendly.

We had quite a number of windows which had issues from broken window locks which stopped me from open windows or locking them and to windows that did not close properly. Chris came over to give us a quote and fortunately he checked our other windows and found 4 more windows that had issues that needed to be fixed else we would have had to call him out again. He was really helpful and informative by giving us a quote which was really competitive and booking a day convenient for us.
