I recently had a pleasant experience using CJW Locksmiths' services, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Chris is a really nice guy, very polite and professional. He understood the issue over a WhatsApp chat looking at video recording and provided a comparable quote to fix the problem. He arrived on time and managed to fix the issues with my patio door lock, explaining exactly what the problem was and how he fixed it. Chris also took the time to look at some other issues, fixed one and gave me valuable advice on what the problems were for other and what needed to be done to fix them. It's always hard to find a good tradesperson in the Sale, Timperley, Altrincham area, so I would highly recommend him for any unfortunate situation you might find yourself in. Although Chris is based in Bolton, he covers the Sale, Timperley, and Altrincham areas. No doubt he has many customers in these areas, likely due to word-of-mouth publicity because of his polite and professional service. Additionally, Chris clarified that he does not charge extra for weekends and his rates are consistent throughout the week. He was the first person I've encountered who is asking for bank transfers later rather than insisting on cash immediately after job to save VAT.

Chris provided an absolutely brilliant service and he went out of his way to resolve the problem with our bi-folding doors which wouldn't shut until Chris re-aligned them. It was a difficult job and other tradesmen failed to sort out the doors but Chris did it! ⭐️He also fitted some thumb turn locks that I'm very pleased with. He was punctual, reliable, polite, friendly and extremely good at his job. I highly recommend Chris and will definitely use him again.
