The guys came out promptly to assess an issue with a seized lock on our door, and then we're able to get the parts and full lock replacement quickly. Alongside that they were able to modify another door replacing an unfit for purpose lock. Both doors now fit and operate much better than they ever have before.

Had a niggling issue with the front door lock for a while until it decided to eat the key! Found Sure Locks on Google and we made the call. Wife and toddler at home so keen to get sorted quickly. Sure locks out within the hour, replaced lock and also adjusted the door that was catching. Very professional and polite at all times. I'd recommend and use again without hesitation. Would always rather use a good local business rather than a nationwide franchise. Use local business and keep local business! Thanks again for the great service.

John fitted new locks and stays to our windows and came up with an ingenious way of keeping them wide open in warm weather. It was a fiddly job but his attention to detail was impressive. He made sure everything was exactly right and didn't mind how long it took. I would recommend Sure Locks without hesitation.

Managed to lock myself and children out of the house. Luckily rang Nat who came out straight away and got us back in the house. He was friendly, courteous and reasonably priced. Even changed a mechanism on the door so I can’t lock us out again for free! Highly recommend.
