Right from the beginning Astons Access were professional and really easy to communicate with. I spoke with a lovely woman called Louisa throughout the process over WhatsApp messenger which meant I could communicate in my own time. I booked an appointment and a lad called Scott came out the next morning, he was friendly, well mannered and got me back on the road in no time. My battery had also gone flat so he sorted that for me which I just think goes above and beyond for customer service. Damien was amazing. He worked constantly but had a polite conversation with me throughout the process. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I just wanted the locks changed but, because my door clunks a bit when the lock turns (which it has always done), he wasn't happy and kept making adjustments until the door locked smoothly. He also fixed my conservatory door for me even though I hadn't called him out for that. I can't say enough about him. I would definitely use this company again, for all my security needs.

Ryno locksmiths fitted a new alarm in our house . They were very professional and friendly. They removed some of the old system very neatly. They also replaced a damage cable with a new one to the telephone box , improving our internet coverage. They were both very knowledgeable and ensured the alarm system covered all key areas. They fully explain how to use the system and walked us through the system and use of the app and the key fob . They gave us a call the next day to check we were ok with the system and had no problems. We would definitely recommend them to others

Went in to buy a new lock as I had lost the key for mine and it was in multiple pieces, the man said he could fix it for me and cut new keys which I'm sure was much cheaper than me buying a new lock! Very helpful and well priced

Always go here for key cutting. Reasonable and efficient. My front door key is a difficult cut and other locksmiths were unable to do. This locksmith was able to tell me it was an Italian key and cut the key no problem.
