The whole locking mechanism went on our external door into the garage over the weekend. The house could still be locked up, so not an urgent call out. Ash came Monday, took a look to see what parts were needed and was back Tuesday 10am to fix. Great service, would recommend, thank you.

Found new lock mechanism on website with clear dimensions to replace mine which was faulty. It was clearly stated new design and said new keep was also required. Clear information on which keep I needed. Delivered next working day. There was an issue with the delivery as item was damaged in transit. I emailed to get an immediate response and item was hand delivered a short while later. I was able to fit it myself in a couple of hours to secure my door again especially over the bank holiday weekend. What a service. Thank you so much.
