Very professional and reliable service. The system was installed efficiently and we loved the attention to detail. No wires on show and clean finish. David and his team, Andy and Lewis did an incredible job. What makes them different from others is the after care following installation. Would highly recommend, excellent quality and value for money.

Initially, Dave from Red Dam came to our new house 18 months ago, carried out a security survey and advised us where he would fit the alarm sensors and where he would position the CCTV cameras. Dave and a colleague then fitted the alarm and CCTV cameras for us, did a fantastic job and said that he would always be on the other end of the phone should we need any support or advice. There were then a few occasions where I needed advice with regards to both the alarm and CCTV, one being late at night, and Dave was always there with an instant reply and able to sort my problem - absolutely brilliant. Fast forward to yesterday, and our lock on our front door became faulty, so I contacted Dave, and another member of staff from Red Dam, Andy, came to our address within the hour. He worked really meticulously and solved the problem, and even upgraded our locking system for us in the same visit. If I could give more than five stars, I would. Thanks again.
