After the most awful experience a few years ago I was so traumatised I knew I could never visit a dentist again. After starting to get pain in a tooth I decided I had to. All I can say is the experience was so great. The dentist made me feel at ease and so much care was taken. He was amazing. Going back in 6 months 👍😁

I have been going to this dentist for over 30 years now and have always had a positive experience. Hamid and the staff have always been good with my 2 daughters when they were younger and were scared, putting them at ease. Professional and friendly staff, 👌

Excellent service and care - My molar broke in half on Christmas Eve and got amazining help and treatment to repair it that same day - Dentist, Dental Asistant and Receptionist were all amazing and went above and beyond to help me 😇🥰

After waiting a long time to find a dentist to register with, I was accepted at Oradent Lydd. I am very happy with the service I have received so far. From the helpful reception staff to the wonderful dentist and dental nurse, my experience has been amazing. The dentist explains procedures with patience and in a very professional way. I usually feel quite anxious and nervous going to the dentist but he reassured me and put me at ease immediately. I am so thankful for bright a patient at this fantastic dental practice. I never expected to be so pleased to go to the dentist. the Mayden practice is brilliant. from start to finish a very pleasent experince. The reception area is clean and welcoming . nice seating and very pleasant receptionist. The denist himself was good explaining all procedures and very through.. no complaints from me.

The whole experience at the dental surgery today was pure perfection. From the friendly, welcoming receptionist to the dental surgeon and the dental nurse in attendance. Very happy to return in 6 months.

I had a private dentist and was so grateful when l finally found this NHS dental clinic. I now have new information and do not need to worry about my teeth and gums as much as l was, which also keeps the cost down too. Thank you so much as l had previously been given the wrong information. The staff were friendly and l would definitely recommend this place. I found the staff at this dental practice were very helpful and friendly, the dentist listened to my needs , which I really liked , because I’ve had dentists before who just tell you what they are going to do, instead of asking what you would like .I would recommend Lydd Dental Care 100%.

Extremely happy with the care we receive from Dr Bilal. He is an excellent dentist with outstanding communication skills. As someone who is very anxious around dental treatment I find Dr Bilal explains the process clearly and whilst under going treatment he narrates what he is doing and what is to come next. Making a stressful experience a lot more manageable. He is fantastic with young children, both my son and daughter are very happy to be seen by him. Staff at Lydd dental care are all super friendly. The lady on reception is very personable and always welcomes you with a smile and chats to my children. I have had positive experiences with every dental nurse I have encountered at the practice.
