My dentist Durmila is wonderful! I feel very safe in her hands and have had nothing but excellent treatment from her. I highly recommend her. All the staff are friendly. A great practice!

Great clinic! Really glad I found this clinic after moving to the area a little while ago. The dentist was excellent - extremely gentle, knowledgeable and gave excellent advice and options for some cosmetic treatments which I have been looking for. The hygienist and assistant were also excellent - gentle, efficient and quick. They both made me feel comfortable and I felt well looked after. I will continue to go here for my dental needs.

Everyone involved in the emergency appointment was really helpful by finding an appointment and ringing to confirm my email by far the best dentist experience I have had in the last 20yrs with 3 other practices well pleased.

I have a, fear of dentist going back to my childhood. The staff at Welldene are friendly and the hygienist puts me at ease and is very gentle. It has helped to boost my confidence.

Very disappointing. Booked my initial appointment 4 weeks in advance. Welldene sent me a reminder 2 days before that date, but then contacted me the day before my visit to tell me the dentist had another appointment on that day and I would need to rebook. Offered one date initially which I was unable to attend, and when I tried to rebook the very next day was offered an appointment 6 weeks later as 'we are very busy'! Although I was informed they had dentists available if I wanted an 'emergency' appointment. Contacted Patient Feedback team, via email, to discuss and, currently, after two weeks have yet receive even an acknowledgment. UPDATE: Subsequently received an understanding letter from the practice manager, and after contacting him a short notice appointment was arranged with a nice dentist. Review amended accordingly.

Always on time. Dentist has always looked after me despite difficult teeth. Have been at this practice for more than 60 years. Same dentist for last 20 years at least. Would not change.

As someone who is terrified of needles and injections, I was extremely nervous on the day. But the ladies greeted me and made me feel welcome from the get-go! They numbed my lips and the chair was so comfy! I could have fallen asleep; I felt nothing at all! Dr Priya was so gentle, warm and chatty! I will definitely be returning! I’m so happy with my lips now and I’ve gained a massive confidence boost from them! 100% recommend!!

I went to Dr Priya after seeing how natural her photos looked. I had Botox and lip fillers during my appointment. Both Dr Priya and Louisa were so lovely and reassuring. They spent time talking through the results I wanted and planning how to achieve them before starting. Everything was talked through with me during the works being carried also and I am so happy with the results. My lips look fuller, with a defined Cupid’s bow and the results enhance my features naturally. My smile lines (crows feet) and forehead are smooth and symmetrical and feel years have been taken off me. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else now. I would recommend Dr Priya to anyone looking for a professional, friendly atmosphere to gain natural but positive results.

First time visitor after requiring emergency treatment following a bad experience at an NHS dentist; 2 of my fillings needed removing and replacing. From the initial consult to the treatment I was thoroughly impressed! I was welcomed into the practice and everything was fully explained. The dentist was extremely reassuring, explained every step and was very gentle. He considered my previous reaction to the anaesthetic and made adjustments when it was required for the filling. Although I am now paying for private treatment over NHS, it is true that you get what you pay for. I felt in much safer, friendlier hands and will 100% be back for checkups and hygienist appointments. Thank you for making the experience more bearable!

Dr Roma Patel went above and beyond on my first consultation for a dental check-up. She was very professional, reassuring and her knowledge on dentistry is by far the best that I have experienced whilst searching for a dentist. The whole reception and technical team were friendly and the practice is lovely too! I will certainly return for future check-ups and whenever needed!

Halfway through treatment, and from terrified to reassured already. Roma is so patient. She uses a dental wand which is a game changer, no massive needles. Why did I pick ADC, this is a husband and wife team, they don’t hang their reputation on anybody but themselves. Honest and transparent, no pushing more expensive options, patient led. Lucy, the hygienist, efficiently assisted by Alison, did a thorough job of cleaning my teeth. What I especially noticed was that there was absolutely no physical pain in the process- a really precision job! I was also given specific advice regarding care for my wisdom teeth. For those that find visiting a dentist practice daunting, there is the bonus of being in a beautiful and ancient building with the best views of the Cathedral! I recommend this Practice.

The Maryland Bridge that Ioannis at Burgate Dental fitted for my daughter has been superb. Along with the initial fitting we have been given a number of free check ups to make sure the Maryland is performing as it should and that there are no issues. I have no words to describe the exceptional service I receive from the team, and especially from Dr. Ioannis, the dentist. He took on a patient with numerous dental issues and, with patience and perseverance, is working diligently to improve the situation. So far, I am completely satisfied with their services and care. Another noteworthy aspect is that both Dr. Ioannis and the staff are incredibly polite, kind, and always willing to help.

A horrific experience as a child I grew up terrified of the dentist. Since Dr Raza took over the practice I have even paid for extra treatments as they really make you feel at ease. No longer am I taking medication before a visit. First class dentist I would recommend to all. The team are all amazing. 😍

I can't thank Hamstreet Dental Clinic enough for the care and professionalism they showed me during a recent dental emergency. I was in excruciating pain and they were able to see me on short notice, which was such a relief. Dr. Shilpa and her team were fantastic – they quickly diagnosed the issue and got me out of pain during my first visit, then scheduled me for a root canal. Although the procedure couldn't be completed in one sitting and unfortunately led to an infection, the team once again acted quickly and got me back in for another appointment. Dr. Shilpa was incredibly compassionate and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable throughout the process. She truly worked wonders in getting me out of pain. A special thanks also to Kitty at reception and Dr. Kim for their friendly and helpful service.

I recently finished my Invisalign treatment here with Shilpa. I am so pleased with the results and how amazing she was with everything. If i wasn't sure on how they were looking I was very reassured and Shilpa made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time. Im very impressed and the comments on my teeth now are amazing. After an absolutely shocking poor level of service and communication from a different private dentist it was a huge relief to find the St Dunstans Practice. In particular, all the receptionists, dental nurses and Dr Surinder have gone out of their way to accommodate us. Perhaps most importantly there has been clear concise communication resulting in real trust leading to excellent outcomes and some very timely pre Christmas treatment. I have been going to St Dunstan's for 3 years and have found them to be on the whole, very professional. Dr Batti, my dentist is a skilled dental surgeon who has produced good work on my teeth. This last time, I needed a tooth rebuilt and the result was fantastic. Cosmetically beautiful, it is a robust addition to my dental assemblage. Although professional, he is conversationally engaging and has a good sense of humour.
